If you've been enjoying baseball season as much as we have then you need to check out the Louisville Slugger Museum. Our Louisville hotel is only a half mile away, so head on over and see bats being made during a factory tour.

Looking for something fun to do, but want to avoid the rain? Explore one of the local Louisville Museums! Check out the Frazier International History Museum, the Speed Art Museum, or the Kentucky Science Center. With so many museums it might be hard to choose which one to visit.

Awesome place!! Great views, housekeeping was great, the hotel overall was just awesome. Every morning there would be a little horse carriage ride we would always go on for my daughter. I also like the fact that there is a bagel shop right next to the Hyatt. Bathrooms were nice and clean; usually we would get new towels and rags. I would recommend this place to others. We will be coming back.

They initially messed up our reservations and charged an extra $800 to the card used for the room, they took it off but they didn't even realize they did that until we asked what happened. Since they took a good hour to get checked in, the front desk said they paid our parking for us. HOWEVER, when we checked out and left the machine charged me for parking and I had to pay it to get out of the garage, go BACK into the hotel and wait in line to get my money refunded. The rooms were okay but most certainly not $300+ a night nice. The beds were clean but didn't have fitted sheets just a regular one tucked in over the mattress. VERY WEIRD. There was no pillow top or down anywhere on the bed and the mattresses were very firm. Our refrigerator was completely dead in the room and they had to send someone up to fix it. The bathroom was clean and looked nice. Shower work just fine. I would definitely not come back to this hotel, it seemed like the girls training at the front had no clue what to do and you can get WAY more comfortable beds at a cheaper hotels. The only positive is how close it is to fourth street live.

Stayed here overnight and greatly enjoyed our visit. This was my first visit to this specific hotel and I found the whole stay to be very good. Staff was very helpful and friendly, every single person I dealt with was excellent and this was over a holiday so many likely did not really want to be there but if so I could not tell it. Location was very nice being right by 4th Street Live, very convenient to a ton of things to see and do. I ate at the restaurant on site twice and the food was good and I felt it was worth the money. Room was nice, I loved the 60 inch TV in the room. My only wish for this hotel was that they had a lounge, there is not a club lounge like I'm used to at Hyatt Regency locations. I think they should open one in what used to be a rooftop restaurant. I think that would be a nice addition to this property.

The location is great and its proximity to 4th street live is great for tourists. The rooms are modern and many of them offer great views of the city. The television was very large. The staff was very helpful. I always enjoy my stay here.

The hotel location was really the only benefit, had to call 2 times to get our reservation correct, service was slow, parking is expensive, people are not really friendly... Aside from the valet boy Jake, he was awesome. My friend had an even worse experience and her valet wrecked her rental car!

This hotel is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The room was very spacious and modern sleek dark aesthetic that I really enjoyed. The flat-screen TV in the room was one of the largest I have seen in person, it must have been at least a 60 or 70 inch one. The showers were amazing and the beds were very comfy. Of the 3 high end hotels I stayed at during this week this is the only hotel that had a safe in the room and it had a mini-fridge which the other hotels also did not have. The front desk staff are amazing and they were able to check us in at 3 am at a last minute reservation and then allowed us to have a late check out at 12:30. The location of the hotel is near all the downtown attractions, easy to park in a garage and overall one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Louisville.
