I purchased a used Rouge and I love the car it is exactly what I needed for my business. I would have appreciated a more open buying experience. I financed through my bank rather than the dealership and they were very difficult to get actual numbers from until I got my bank Rep on the phone. That may be the new normal but we all need to stop accepting shady business as normal. I have since tried to get information on pricing for a mechanical issue and was told that they would have to bring in the car. I had already spoken to a technician and he told me what he thought it was but I can't get pricing range from the service department on repair costs without them charging me to look at it ahead of time. I was asking for a worst case scenario price so I could be prepared. This is my work vehicle and I work a very tight schedule I can't take it to them multiple times to get an accurate quote. It wouldn't have been so bad without the attitude of the individual I spoke with she was very rude after I had been on hold for over 7 minutes. I didn't feel like I came first maybe "Uncle Randy" needs to explain that to his employees or find some better ones

Just leased a 2016 Rogue SL from the Great Team at Hunter Nissan. A great big Thank You to Patrick Maynor, Jason Wooten, Robert Van Alstyne, Jordan and Joel Smith. Their collective caring for my concerns for obtaining a new vehicle with the specific needs that I required was amazing to me! I would recommend Hunter Nissan to Family and Friends knowing they would be in good hands when considering purchasing or leasing a vehicle. I look forward to returning to them as a repeat Customer in the future. Oh, and I really like my Rogue too. Thanks again!

My husband and I just purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee and worked with Jordan. She was friendly and worked with us to make sure we were comfortable with price and payment. I would recommend working with her for future customers! The only reason I am not giving them 5 full stars is that the Financial Adviser was not present the day we purchased the vehicle and they wanted us to drive an hour and a half back to see them the next day to meet with the adviser (why they don't 2 advisers so when one is off, one is always there IDK), but Jordan once again went above and beyond and drove all the way to us (Sapphire, NC) so we wouldn't have to make the trip again. I give Jordan 5 STARS!!!

We went to look at cars, but did not want a sales person following us. When we arrived we were approach by Kevin we explained to him we just wanted to look and if we needed something we would let him know, and with that he let us look around without being shadowed. Thanks Kevin if we decide we want a Nissan we will be back to see you.

Worst car buying experience of my life. I had a car (used) picked out, test drove, ready to buy. We did the paperwork and when I tried to pay for it ($12k) with my credit card, (I get 0 percent interest rate) they refused to make the deal. They absolutely refused to take my money because I wanted to pay with a credit card. I even offered to pay an extra $300 to offset any losses they might make on the transaction. I highly recommend you do not buy from this small-minded car company.

This dealership might be great to work with but I DO NOT recommend making a special trip there if you live out of town. I called & scheduled an appointment for a particular vehicle on the lot & made it very clear that my family was driving 2 hours to get there. I specifically asked if the car would be held for us because I didn't want to drive all that way only to find out it had been sold. I was told by Eileen that the car would be pulled off the lot as soon as she got off of the phone with me. I received an email confirmation with our appointment time. Upon our arrival, at our appointment time, we were told the car had been sold 30 minutes before we got there. They claimed that they tried to call us to confirm that we were still coming but we never had any missed calls or voicemail's. So apparently when the "tried to call us" & didn't get us, they sold the vehicle to someone else instead of waiting 30 minutes to see if we showed up at our appointment time. I understand that time is money & you make a sale when you can BUT it is VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE when you tell someone that the car will be held for them when they are driving 2 hours to give you their business. So that is a total of 4 hours in the car today & no new car! This was very bad business & bad customer service! I am very disappointed!
