You want a few tips that will really really change the effectiveness and quality of your videos? We got a few.

1.) Hit Them Hard Up Front. The first five seconds of any video are KEY to hooking people in. The average viewer only watches 1/3 of a video.

2.) Sound is EVERYTHING. Even if your picture is A+, no will watch past a second if the audio is bad.

3.) Light it up. Taking some time on lighting will take your video to the next level and add instant credibility to any video.

Sales Leadership is hard! There's no doubt about it, but we wanted to find out exactly what managers think is THE HARDEST part. So we went to "the source" and, with a little help from our host, Keenan, we asked sales managers what's the most difficult part of their job. Watch what they had to say because their answers might surprise you.

Also, let us know what you think is the hardest part of sales management by leaving a comment below or tweet Keenan at #TheRealDealofSales. He'll answer to you in no time!

Good advice it's worth its weight in gold. That's why we set on a trip to TOPO Summit 2017 to get some great advice for salespeople, from salespeople. Because who else knows this industry better than the ones who hustle every day to hit their quota?

If you liked the video, tell us what advice would you give to a salesperson, knowing what you know now? Share it a comment below or tweet Keenan at #TheRealDealOfSales and he'll answer to you in no time.

June is LGBTQ Pride Month around the world. It's a time to recognize the progress of the LGBTQ community and gain strength and support from the community and its allies. At HubSpot, we are proud walk in the Boston, Dublin, and Portsmouth parades with friends and family. We asked some HubSpotters from different offices and of different identities why they walk.

"I walk because I came out of the closet when I was 13 and it wasn't until I saw my first parade when I was 17 or 18 that I really for the first time felt surrounded by people who are also LGBTQ. I remember how impactful it was for me seeing so many people just being themselves, so I walk because I want to be that for someone else.
I marched because I want to show the people who are there that it gets better. That going to pride (even if you don't go you) if you're struggling that there's people who are out there who love you and want to show you affection and they've gone through the same struggle that you have.
I march because I feel like I should in the sense of obligation because for me marching is easy and for years that wasn't the case and so that the idea that we can wake up on a beautiful summer morning and be ourselves is is why I march... because I think that it's important to be seen. We understand for both allies and members of our community that we're loud and we're here and we want you to feel included.
Everybody celebrating love... which is why I walked in pride.
I walk because I feel that a world where you can love whoever you choose is a safer, more free, and happier world. I want to protect and promote love in all its forms because it's really just the most incredible feeling to be in a loving supportive mutual relationship.

We've all heard the story of the salesperson getting fired for not hitting quota. But what about the sales leaders? Are they being held accountable enough for their team's success and failure? The host of our show, Keenan (A Sales Guy) went to Leadership Summit 2017 to find out what sales managers and leaders think about accountability. Their answers are really interesting!

If you liked the video, tell us: do you think sales leaders take enough accountability for their team's success and failure? Share it a comment below or tweet Keenan at #TheRealDealOfSales and he'll answer to you in no time.
