Had bad experience with HSA. Got a cold house on a Friday night, wanted an emergency repair for the furnace, but was told my case was not qualified for emergency, need to wait until after the weekend, when they find a contractor. Just to get someone on the 24/7 phone line took more than 30 min. Ended up paying myself for repair and of course they would not reimburse. That's the type of their business, I guess: if they can find a way to deny you the service they will do it readily.
