FBI agent Michelle Lee said the explosion happened around 1 a.m. at a FedEx facility in Schertz, which is just northeast of San Antonio and about 60 miles (95 kilometers) southwest of Austin. A worker was treated for minor injuries and released, police said.

VF Corporation, a Greensboro, North Carolina-based apparel and footwear company with numerous brands to its name, announced in a news release it has signed a definitive purchase agreement with ICON to buy Altra. The transaction should be complete by next month, the release said.
