Haven't purchased a car in 10 years and it was a pleasure working with Vince and Gerald. I'll spare all the details but I want to highlight that Vince went out of his way to pick up a car for me and Gerald was in the office until 10pm making sure that our numbers matched up. I also want to thank Howard for being organized and thoughtful during the check-out process. At no point did I ever feel pressured or up-sold. Ask for these guys if you're looking for a couple trustworthy, helpful people to get you in a new Hyundai. Thanks again.

I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Accent about 1 year and a half ago. It was not the car I wanted but it was what I could afford at the time. I will never forget that day because we finished up pretty late in the day. However that didn't stop them from helping me drive home with my old car and my new car. I had my son with me that day he was about 3. So it was so thoughtful that they could help me get home since I didn't have anyone else to help me that day. Yesterday I traded the 2013 Hyundai Accent for the 2015 Hyundai Sonata. I am so happy since I now have the type of car I initially wanted. I thank God for people like Gerald Curtis & Vince Miller. They have great customer service skills. Vince Miller had a wonderful patience with me in helping me through the process of my purchases. Gerald Curtis was great in guiding me towards what purchase would be best for me. They were great through out the entire process of my first Hyundai purchase and now this second purchase. Everyone that works there is GREAT!! Thank you so much!!!

Just purchased a new 2014 Veloster from there. Dealt with Garret Robinson who went above and beyond my expectation. Never tried to push anything on me and was always making sure I had my questions answered. Ended up with a few rebates I didn't know about which always helps. I will definitely be sending friends and family there to work with him.

Craig Imler at Hatfield Hyundai is the BEST! Last year I needed to trade in my two SUVs for a car. It was not under the best of circumstances for me. Craig and I spoke on the phone when I called to find out if what I wanted to do was possible. He answered all my questions and set up a time convenient for me to come out with the vehicles. He made the transaction simple, fast, and more importantly with compassion for my situation. This year, my 2014 Elantra was rear ended and totaled out. Again this was not under the best of circumstances. While handling the claim with the insurance company I called Craig to get pricing on a 2015 model. When I was ready to make the purchase Craig was willing to arrange his hours to fit my schedule. When I went to get the car Craig greeted me like a long lost friend, and truly remembered me from the prior transaction. He had everything ready and I was in and out of there within a matter of minutes with my 2015. I strongly recommend this dealership and especially recommend dealing with Craig Imler...

Dee Nabavi , the ULTIMATE Hyundai Sales Consultant! He was very pleasent, knowaldgeable and helpful. I didn't buy the Hyundai and it was a hard decision because Dee was such a good sales person who was attentive to my every need, want and wish! THAT was so important! My fiancé and I had a great experience in the used car department at Hatfield Hyundai Subaru last night, 03/10/15. We started the day, around 1:30PM driving around the different lots and manufacturers looking at the different cars for sale (there are hundreds between all the lots). We finally arrived at the Hyundai and Subaru used car area where we found a 2014 Elantra we were interested in looking at and driving. We walked in and met Juan Turiaga; who was surprisingly pleasant, laid back, and helpful. We talked to him for a couple minutes, and then took the car on a test drive for about an hour. When we returned to the dealership we told him we wanted to keep looking, and would possibly return. He completely understood and did not try to push us at all. After looking at some other vehicles at other dealerships we returned to Hyundai Subaru around 8PM. Juan was just as pleasant this time as we went through the car buying process. While we were waiting on the Finance office to finalize our paperwork we sat in Juan’s office where we shared stories about family, friends, and vacations. I defiantly had my presumptions about dealing with a used car salesman, but Juan was absolutely fantastic. He gave us an awesome deal, was extremely personable, and was not pushy at all. I truly appreciate the experience Juan Turiaga gave my fiancé and I and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

We had a great experience at Hatfield Hyundai. My wife and I had been looking for some time for a new vehicle. The only bad part is where we live there are no big volume car dealers and no one is willing to deal to save you any money. So I knew I would have to travel 2 or 3 hours to get a good deal. I started looking at dealerships on the internet and made a few calls. When I called Hatfield I spoke to Garrett Robinson in new cars sales. Right from the start I knew something was different. It wasn't the typical hype you get when you call a dealership. He was polite and understanding. He took the time to listen to my situation and was willing to try and help us out. I was extremely surprised when he called back with a more than reasonable offer for the exact vehicle we wanted. So my wife and I made the trip up to Columbus. When we arrived Garrett had everything ready to go. He went over the vehicle’s info and took time to answer all of our questions. This by far was the best experience we have had buying a new vehicle. I would definitely recommend Hatfield Hyundai if you want a good deal. I know we got one. Thanks for saving us some money!

We bought a 2013 Elantra, brand new in the summer of 2012. We love the car and the sales service was good. However our experience with the service department has been lacking. I have brought the car back to this dealer for all scheduled maintenance and it's always like getting your teeth pulled. First a minor complaint: their labor costs are high, but whatever, it's the dealer and I can forgive that because I know the mechanics do a lot of training to be brand certified. My bigger complaint is that every time I asked them to look at problems covered by the warranty I never hear back from them. First, there was some stitching coming undone on the seats, no big deal, the car was still on bumper to bumper warranty and I needed an oil change. So I took it in, pointed out the flaw, and they said "no problem, we will take a photo send it to Hyundai, and when they ok it out upholstery guy will fix it". They said it would be a few days to hear back, but they never contacted me again about it. I never followed up about it mainly because it was just something I was hoping to get fixed fast, not worth fighting over to get done. But a few months ago I went in for oil change, wheel alignment, and tire rotation. I also asked them to look at another upholstery problem with the leather on the steering wheel.The service advisor came back two hours later to tell me that all the work was done, and that the upholstery work was submitted for a warranty claim. so far no complaints. However I later noticed that one tire was still in the same place, they obviously didn't rotate the tires which they charged me for anyway!. By the time I noticed I had already drove away and gone to a car wash. I immediately drove back and pointed it out to the service advisor and showed her the receipt. She went to speak to the service tech who admitted to me that he changed the oil while the wheel alignment was being done and he forgot to rotate the tires. They at least offered me a free oil change and rotated the tires after the fact. They said I should expect to hear soon about the steering wheel upholstery. It's been two months and I never heard back from them about that steering wheel. I tried to call but was told the person assigned to my file was off the day I called and that they would have all the details. All I wanted was an update! But they claimed they didn't know anything about it unless the original service advisor was there. That's just a little ridiculous to me since all their files are electronic and they use iPads for all their paperwork! Finally, their service guys always say that my next oil change is due in 5000 miles, when the owners manual says 7500. that's not a huge thing but it just feels sleazy to me. Long story short: good place to buy, but if you bring your car here for service be vigilant that they do the work and that they follow up on warranty stuff. What good is it to have Hyundai's "America's best warranty " if you can't get the dealer to do anything for you!

Trent, Please contact Brian Trout at 614-465-4524 as he wants to speak to you directly about this issue. In the owner’s manual it states two intervals, one that is 3,750 for severe weather and one that shows 7,500 miles. We do not always have severe conditions but we also rarely have perfect conditions. The conditions are not only environmental but also the amount you drive, short trips and several other factors that constitute severe driving. We put the recommendation more in the middle at 5,000 miles, and it is easy to remember every 5,000 miles for a service. We appreciate your comments and would like you to give us the opportunity to see how we may be able to assist with the trim issues.
