If i could give less than one star i would- The service and hair quality at this place is TERRIBLE. From the customer service representatives to management it was the worst experience possible. Then to make matters worse my wig that was $300 and supposedly human hair not only matted, but shed badly so i had a bald patch at the top of my head after 2 weeks. NEVER SHOP HERE.

If zero stars were an option, they'd get it. I'm having to take them to small claims court. The very first bundle of hair I purchased was bad. From the first time I got it wet, it climbed and tangled so badly that I had to purchase new hair and pay for reinstallment after two weeks. The in-store clerk even saw the bad hair, so she will have to testify against the owner who is refusing to reimburse me for the cost of the hair and the cost of reinstallment for new hair. This climbing/tangling issue typically happens if the cuticles of the hair are severely damaged OR the hairs are lying in opposing directions so the cuticles catch on each other... causing the climbing/tangling affect. Knowing that the owner wouldn't even stand behind their product screams SHADY. Don't go here. There are other reputable hair shops to get hair.

I bought a human hair wig for $200 for the first time. I am not accustomed to buying or wearing a wig. However, the tag said human hair, rena or some sort of Indian hair which I am told is the best quality. I have tried styling it, washing it, combing it. It's the worst. Now maybe $200 isn't a lot, but I bought human weave hair for way less than that which was soft, shiney, didn't need a lot of work. This wig however feels like plastic. The hair doesn't move, did I say it feels like plastic? It's really bad. AND the hair comes out a lot each time you comb. I mean a lot. It naps up like african american hair. I don't understand how this can be human Indian hair. Very disappointed. Actually plan to send the wig to Better Business Bureau and have them test for validity. AWEFUL. Service was fair, but the employees are waiting for big fish people who plan to buy 2-5 thousand dollars worth of hair.

The Hair Shop has the highest quality remy hair available in the industry. They are reliable and consistent. They also carry all the latest and greatest in extension methods. Try the copper silicone pro tubes. These buggers don't slip or break the hair at all.
