Great list.

Comprehensive list of everything the Apple Watch does that Google's Android Wear based watches cannot do.

This list is exhaustively researched and they haven't missed a single thing.
A must read if you're shopping for a smart watch.

Touching story, made my day.
Snaking River originally shared:

I'm retarded.

Yup. That's what I was told by a man of forty with Down Syndrome. I used to work part time in a home for adults with mental disabilities. I was hired because I could cook. The company I worked for put everyone through training on "The correct language" when speaking about people who have mental disabilities. The training was all about being appropriate. The one word that was never to be used when speaking about this population of people was "retarded". Okay, I get that, I wouldn't use that term against anyone. However, the people with mental disabilities have had this word spoken about and to them, their whole lives.

One day, I was pretty down. My husband and I had a big argument over money before I went to work. I was tired because I had a second job as a bartender and didn't get home until 4:30 am. When you haven't slept much and you are arguing with your spouse because you have little money, you begin to feel sorry for yourself.

I went to work and was cooking dinner. My partner, Lisa, a woman around thirty years old was a very wise person. She was helping me in the kitchen along with the man, Kevin, who has Down syndrome. He could be a real "ball buster" at times. I was telling them about the argument with my husband. "He can be such a prick when he's angry. Sometimes says mean things to me. He told me I was dense, and how could I be so stupid? That I had no understanding of money." I said and then I broke down and started crying. Kevin came over to me and gave me a hug. "Don't cry" he said, holding me and patting my head. "You'll be alright he continued...you're retarded."

That comment made me laugh. "Hey!", I said, "That's not nice Kevin" "No, no, no!" He cried. "I'm nice, I'm nice! You're retarded like me!" He kept saying this over and over. I thought he was busting my chops. "You're not normal, you're stupid!"

"Okay, okay, whatever you say" I said. It was starting to feel like an attack, he kept it up. Finally, Lisa explained me, "He is complementing you." She said. I was confused. "Maybe it's my English, but isn't that a bad word Lisa?" I said.

"Yup. But what he means is you are like him now. You know how it feels to be called stupid when you know you are not. You know what it feels like to be under attack because you made a mistake. Kevin has been called "stupid" and "retarded" his whole life by "normal" people. He would rather be retarded, than mean like them. Him calling you that, is saying you are like him. That you are sensitive and know more intuitively than your husband knows. It is a compliment."

"Ah, I got lost in the translation." I said. "Thank you Kevin, I'm glad I'm retarded like you." I said. He hugged me again. "You'll be alright." He said.

It is sad but Google lost its Mojo

That is my feeling. They don't know what to do in social area and they don't know what to do with G+. I start to think that Google will ruin it trying to be something that they don't even know.
One year ago +Vic Gundotra was the head of G+, then was +Dave Besbris and then +Bradley Horowitz, WTF! Those moves are not a well thought out strategy, they are from someone who don't know what to do.
Another think that bothers me is the atrocious communication from Google. They has been totally incompetent to explain what is their strategy and I think it is because they don't have a clue what should be.
I love G+ as it is and I hope that +Bradley Horowitz can show me that I am totally wrong.

Just wanted to confirm that the rumors are true -- I’m excited to be running Google’s Photos and Streams products!  It’s important to me that these changes are properly understood to be positive improvements to both our products and how they reach users.
