Study Session
1. Review and Comment on the Page Mill Road Corridor Study sponsored by County of Santa Clara Roads and Airports Department: The City of Palo Alto will be conducting a study session with the Planning and Transportation Commission discussing the Page Mill Road Corridor Study which is being prepared by the County of Santa Clara Roads and Airports Department. Based on an analysis of existing and projected traffic conditions, the County is recommending several improvements along the corridor including at the I-280
interchange as well as along Page Mill Road between the interchange and Oregon Expressway, which includes capacity and operational enhancements and improve bicycle and pedestrian facilities.

Public Hearing
2. Interim Retail Ordinance: The Planning and Transportation Commission will consider a recommendation to the City Council for adoption of an Interim Ordinance Limiting Conversion of Ground Floor Retail and “Retail Like” Uses to Other Uses Citywide. The proposed ordinance falls under the California Environmental Quality Act
(CEQA) exemption found in Title 14 California Code of Regulations Section 15061(b)(3) because it is designed to preserve the status quo

1. Charleston / Arastradero Corridor Project [PE13011-030]: Public Hearing for review of the preferred plan line concept for the Charleston / Arastradero Corridor Project. The project is a multi-modal safety oriented project that looks to improve the safety of all users of the corridor. The project limits go from Charleston Road at Fabian Way to Arastradero Road at Miranda Avenue and includes 11 schools and several parks and shopping centers. The project scope
includes new landscaped median islands, widened sidewalks, curb bulb outs and minor restriping.  Environmental Determination: A Mitigated Negative Declaration was prepared in 2004 and

2. 2555 Park Boulevard [13PLN-00381]: **Quasi-Judicial Request for Planning and Transportation Commission (PTC) review of a Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) and recommendation for EIR Certification for a proposal by FGY Architects on behalf of Campbell
Avenue Portfolio LLC to demolish an existing 10,800 sq. ft. two-story mid-century modern office building and construct a new 24,466 sq. ft. three-story office building with one level of below grade parking and a roof terrace in the Community Commercial (CC(2)) zone district.
Environmental Assessment: The Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) was published on September 5, 2014 for a 45 day public comment period and the initial comment period was extended through November 19, 2014 for input by the PTC and Historic Resources Board. The PTC discussed the DEIR on October 29, 2014. The FEIR will be available Friday April 17, 2015 on
