More than 40,000 of you turned out to support Internet freedom and vote for the "Netizen of the Year." The winner is Huynh Ngoc Chenh from Vietnam. Chenh’s blog—which focuses on democracy, human rights and the territorial disputes between Vietnam and China—attracts about 15,000 visitors per day, even though readers must use software to circumvent censorship to gain access.
