If you speak German, French or Australian English, you can now say “Ok Google” to ask for information, send messages, set yourself reminders without typing. Try “Ok Google, comment aller au Mont Saint-Michel?”, “Ok Google, auf welchen Tag fällt der Tag der Deutschen Einheit” or "Ok Google, What is the weather like in Sydney today?" Google will do your bidding in an instant. This is available in the updated #GoogleSearch app for Android: http://goo.gl/idgt3y.

So... Are there any plans to add Dutch in the near future?

Why are there no punctuation character for German? Without them speaking some text is not useful.

Et ca ne marche pas partout !!! pas dans tous les pays !!

L'application Google Now doit-elle être ouverte pour que cela fonctionne?

But it only understands my commands, when I have selected the right language. So I have to use a fixed language and always talk in the same language in order for Google to understand me. Not so smart. Pretty dumb.

but seems it hasn't come out in Melbourne yet. I got the update but it only says French and German in the "what's new" section.

Why can't "Google OK" and voice actions/commands work on all languages which have speech to text in Android?

Esperando para la versión español, argentino

U know Google what would be a VERY cool feature???

to say, OK Google, what did she mean by that??? hehehhe right???

then one can say Ooohhh I see!!! ;D

I used to play with a book called the I-CHING and even though it is meant to forsee the future I would ask all this questions and it was right on the DOT!!!

I wonder if one day we would have something like that without having to throw the 3 coins and do the count and go to the book and read the different approaches pointing to the direction of the question ;D

Now if someone wanted to do a cleaver easter egg for the Aussie version (like "Ok Jarvis") they would do either "Ok Mate" or "Hey Mate" or "Ok Cobber"! But like this fine!

Huh. That's funny. I just tried to ask my phone a question in German a few days ago. Google is listening to me.  :v

Hi Google, when will this feature come for Hindi, or atleast Indian English??   :(

I thought the approach would be to address first the most spoken languages. I see.
