This about sums up how much they care... Response from owner: We must apologize that your experience with us was unsatisfactory. We take pride in our accommodations, casino and amenities and we appreciate you making us aware of the issues that you experienced during your recent visit. We will also pass along your feedback to casino management for review. ... They care so much that they take the time to cut and paste a standard response. Wow thanks. Makes me feel better. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY wants a robotic response. If this isn't indicative of the type of service you will receive here I'm not sure what is.

I'd love to see one of the "dinky" rooms that so many people at the Gold Coast have stayed in -- we've always had the standard "room+very accommodating sitting area," plus the large bathroom. Any issues we may have are quickly and competently addresses. Both the Orleans and Gold Coast are out go-to hotels in town.

This is a great hotel and casino off the busy strip. But close to the Rio and Palms casinos. For the money this is a nice place to stay at. The rooms are roomy and comfortable, and there is a coffe pot in the room so that's always well appreciated. The place has plenty of places to eat at and the casino always has some great promos. They treat their seniors well and it is just a nice place to play at. I give it a 4 star....

I didn't quite stay there but cancelling my reservation has been a huge pain in the ass. I called and they told me to call back in 30 minutes. I call back and was on hold for 40 minutes when the agent hung up on me just seconds after answering. WTF??? I call back again and still on hold. I have the choice of selecting their courtesy call-back server, but if they aren't answering their phone then I am not confident that they will return my call. Not impressed with this hotel. I WILL NOT stay at this hotel ever.

I stayed at the Paris when I last went and wished I had stayed here. The casino staff was great and we spent all of our time playing at theirs. It's not over crowded and loud like all the others and it made for a more enjoyable experience. I would recommend this hotel and casino over any of the major ones and this will be my choice for my next stay.
