+Will Hill Well, they're "tracking experts" not government officials, so unless they have been granted special access to official resources, they definitely can't use all the tracking tools available. But this may serve to illustrate that you don't have to be an official entity with any socially-condoned authority in order to track, phish, or harass people in our always-connected society.

Welcome to the information age: Privacy is a feeling, security is a skill (but still mostly an illusion) & "intellectual property" is antisocial hoarding.

I have been a technology journalist and consultant for 30 years, covering the Internet since March 1994, and the free software world since 1995.
