I ended up having to get a dual SIM phone but I'm happy with my deal. I use harbor mobile's $15/5GB ($18 with fees) tablet plan and Lycamobile pay as you go 2cents/minute calls and 4 cent texts.. Monthly bill is about $23 total. Both are on Tmobile
