I had a Telna for years and I was very very happy with service, rates and customer support . G3 took over Telna now my rate vent from 0.14c/ minute to 0.96c for Bosia. Wow I did get email regarding rate change but omg never ever thought it will go up 700%. That's 700% you G3 crooks hiding behind Philippines customer support who barely speak English I will write on every website about CROOKS at G3 Telecom

It is good on quality and clarity,but they count the minutes as soon as we dial our destination number. For G3, its not matter that we got connected with the person whom we're trying to get connected but still we get charged on our minutes. At the end of the month we don't even know where our minutes have gone. I've been using this provider over 1 year and I recently noticed this issue. Therefore I've cancelled my service today. All the best for the existing customers ... I just give 2.5 star rating ..

I R8 8/8 Very good company. Cheap and affordable with high quality. Competes with $80 Bell prices, and the same quality as bell for only $30. G3 will save tons of money.

G3 is a JOKE. Posted 3 reviews already to help people to think twice before using G3 Telecom. Long story short-price to call Bosnia increased from 0.11 cents per minute to 0.96. That's 700%. In addition there were charges for calls not made, customer service is very poor (to put it nice). PAID, CANCELLED - HAPPY. I'm paying 0.44 now with Tmobile, and no dial around, hidden charges, just touch contact on the phone and that's it. G3 Telecom people are CROOKS. BE AWARE! Check your call record daily so you don't get surprised when it's to late because "customer service" WILL NOT work with you nor they will understand question you may ask.

Really good long distance service, though you still have to be careful keeping track of your minutes as they can add up quickly. Customer service is great. Had a problem with my original SIM card from G3 and after working through the issue with me to realize that the problem was with their SIM card and not my phone, I was sent a replacement SIM card free of charge.

I THINK IT WAS WEEK BEFORE MY NEXT CYCLE PAYMENT WHEN I CALLED THEM TO CANCEL MY LONG DISTANCE PLAN BECAUSE I'M GOING AWAY AND I WON'T BE USING MY PHONE AND I WAS TOLD THAT I CAN CHANGE MY REGISTERED PHONE AND IT TAKES 2 TO 3 BUSINESS DAY TO ACTIVATE IT. NOW I'M CALLING THEM TO CHANGE MY CELLPHONE # AND THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE NEXT CYCLE, MEANING I'M GOING TO LOSE MY REMAINING MINUTES AND THEY WON'T REIMBURSE MY MONEY. THAT'S HOW THEY CHEATED THE COSTUMER...

Paid $170 of their UK phone, SIM card and $50+ of talk/text. No service right from day 1, nor 311 (account balance) nor 611 (help). Dialed hundreds of times, got /"emerg numbers only"/no such number / dialing cut out/ I was billed but never connected. Charged me $13 when they called me to give me useless advice and instructions that were not for my phone, nor for UK numbers. Only 4 of hundreds of calls ever connected. SMS "sent" was not actually sent, so i was left at night in cold waiting for pickup who did not come. VERY DANGEROUS!! I see many calls on my online account that I did NOT make to USA. These people utterly ruined my visit that was supposed to be to see friends and relatives in UK. I am still getting emails" Your problem has been fixed" I asked for refund a week ago. CROOKS

Wonderful customer service. Had to call cause I could not log in and the lady was so polite and took me thru the process with so much patience. Had to call again to update my credit card number. Once again it was very painless and all options were offered to me. Very impressed with G3's customer service. Thank you.

Dealing with IRoam was the absolutely most frustrating experience I have ever had!! Once you sign up, their customer service is non existent. All reps are from overseas and do not speak English well enough to help. As well, their approach to business is laughable at best - crying babies in the background, giving incorrect information, not knowledgeable re their products and how to get them to work properly - I could go on and on. There is NO POSSIBLE WAY to contact an American or Canadian representative, or to discuss issues with a level higher of representative who might be able to be of assistance. IRoam worked for the first month, but after that it was useless. DO NOT USE IROAM!
