My experience with Furnitureland South was exceptional, from start to finish! Our design consultant was very helpful and knowledgable as well as so responsive with communication. She helped us to find the perfect sectional for our home. We were updated every step of the way by their team and the delivery was on-time. The delivery crew was very respectful of our home and they did a great job getting the sectional setup. I would highly recommend Furnitureland South to anyone in need of high quality furniture at the best price you can find anywhere.

My fiance and I bought a new mattress and bedroom set from the Outlet at Furnitureland South. We were overwhelmed at first by the size of the outlet and the selection of pieces there, but our consultant, Samantha, advised us on where to look for what we were looking for and was readily available to us when we were ready to talk about price on something we liked. We did some shopping and quickly spotted a beautiful Folio 21 5-piece bedroom set that we loved, along with a Kingsdown king size mattress. Samantha was great about working with us on the price - we were on a tight budget and she did everything in her power to get it as low as she could for us. At the end, we were THRILLED with the price we were offered! We feel like we really got a great deal on beautiful, quality furniture. We opted to pick up our furniture from the Outlet rather than have it delivered, and that experience was above and beyond. We brought a trailer that was a bit too small for all the furniture and the mattress, so the gentlemen in the warehouse helped us load and secure the mattress to the top of our truck. It was a less than ideal solution for a 90-minute drive back to Raleigh, but the guys were dead set on getting us home with all of our furniture in one piece! It worked great - they spent well over an hour tying down the mattress and making sure all was secure before we took off. We made it back with everything in perfect condition. To say I would recommend Furnitureland South is an understatement. The service, the people and the overall experience were all wonderful. And the best part is - we LOVE our new bedroom!!

I was there for something completely unrelated to buying a mattress but the customer service person who was helping me suggested that I find a mattress I loved first and then worry about everything else that goes with it. It was great advice and they were not focused on "selling" me. I sleep great! - Thank you Furnitureland South, I will definitely be back.

We recently ordered some furnitures there. We found everything we needed. Our personal design consultant was Constanza. She was very nice, patient and helpful. We have not any furniture home yet, but We wish to have the same good experience with delivery.

Very high end place with wonderful amenities. They are not shy about the prices but they are open to the public and it's a fun place to visit. Really enjoy it there when we go.

Buying furniture until you put an order is amazing experience. The story start AFTER you put an order :( I am very disappointed. Read following problems and dare to buy from Furnitureland south. 1. Delay of about 3 months to deliver furniture. - Decide if you have time to wait for sooooooo long. 2. Broken Parts furniture, but even after 4 months (as of April 10th 2015) those broken parts & Missing parts are NOT replaced. 3. Extremely poor customer service. They don't respond to customer's voice messages. God bless you IF you dare to buy and can wait forever.

What a disappointment.. don't rely on their delivery promises! Ordered custom couch and chairs Oct 12th with promise date of Dec 28th. On Dec 26th we were advised that the fabric was back-ordered - 2 days before delivery? REALLY? Nice follow-up, Tim O'brien! Revised delivery promise became mid-Feb. Nice to have NO furniture in your living room for months. Some "consideration" was pro-offered in his apology note. That "consideration" was never forthcoming. Maybe Tim is working on this one, too. Nice stuff, lots to see, just don't trust their tracking info or follow-up. You cannot rely on it.

Hi Charles, we’re happy you found pieces that you love, but understand your frustration with the issues regarding the delivery of your sofa and chairs. Ordinarily we would have delivered your pieces at the time promised, however there was a problem with the fabric at the mill which caused the lengthy delay. You should have been notified of this sooner. We will be contacting you shortly to follow up on this and we’re sorry for the problem. Thank you.

These clowns started out wrong, but my inner voice didn't listen. First, me and my wife were stalked by a salesperson in the parking lot. The parking lot, mind you. I should have thought, gee aren't they just a bit pushy... but I needed a bed, our backs were killing us, so I thought how bad can it be. So, we attempted to go into the store, and were confronted again by a pushy sales lady... WE SHOULD HAVE RAN... THEN!!! But again my back was sore from a cheap mattress. WE decided to go in and look around. The store is filled with extremely expensive ART, so as to give the impression that you are shopping where the rich people shop. WE were told that if we were not satisfied that they had a 100% guarantee, but this isn't the case. There are lots of hidden fees, and they completely lied to us. WE were never told that delivery on Saturday isn't an option. Then upon trying to cancel the order we looked at the paperwork, which we never saw when signing an ipad. It said that there was a fee for this and a fee for that. SO basically once you give them your credit card you are at their mercy. As they charge a 33% restocking fee, and there is a fee for this, and a fee for that. These are the biggest crooks I have ever dealt with. I will be seeking a legal remedy to this, and I will also call my credit card company to have the charges reverse because I was told 100% satisfaction guaranteed by the sales person, she even made us buy a bed liner because she said that they wouldn't warranty the order unless it has a bed protector to protect the bed. So that we had a 30 night guarantee, don't believe anything they tell you... READ YOUR CONTRACT! I didn't. I wasn't allowed to read it, typical bait and switch trick. I was told that they could deliver on Saturday then when I called to schedule a deliver time, I was then told that they don't deliver on Saturday, this is a breach of the verbal contract.
