We just built a house and needed all new furniture. We came up and found the best prices and just fantastic product lines. The sales staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They really helped along the way. All of the furniture was delivered and set up by accommodating drivers. We liked the store so much we drove back up there to find our outdoor furniture!

Bought a few piece of furniture from there, through one of the sales person named A. R. Furniture came in at a rainy day. So you could expect it is partially wet when it went into my house. Called customer service to ask them taking it back. Then customer service asked to transfer to original sales person, who had already left at that time. We were asked to call back on monday for the sales person. Then the sales person A. R. answered once, and pushed the ball back to customer service. And promised to call me back around noon the next day. You can expect, there is no call the second day. And I tried to contact her at 20 times and left message. There is no reply as well. Their customer service and after sales service is just horrible. Will never buy any furniture from them again. Once they delivered, it is all your responsibility. Never mind if there is a flaw on their product.

In November 2013, We had just a GREAT experience shopping for a whole house of furniture with Debbie Pegram of Furniture Land South who was totally dedicated to assisting us during the three days that we were shopping. She was very professional and experienced and was a great help to us in making our decisions the entire time we were there. She was very candid about the quality and value provided by the different lines of furniture that we were considering which we found to be very helpful. We had done a lot of pricing before our trip and feel that we definitely obtained significant savings on all of our selections. The "on the floor" inventory that we were able to see in one place allowed us to do in 3 days what would have taken us weeks to accomplish. You will find that Debbie and her associates will definitely provide as much expert design advice as you might need. They do an excellent job of getting to know you, your "tastes" and your hoped for design plan so that can give you just the right amount of guidance that you might need. We found the whole experience, which could have been overwhelming to be very rewarding and FUN (Hugs at the end of our visit). At no time did we ever feel "pressured" to make any decisions that we were not comfortable with which was such a relief to us. To sum everything up we couldn't be happier with what Debbie was able to do for us and are SO GLAD that we were lucky enough to be able to utilize her services. We are looking forward to the delivery of our furniture being as satisfactory as our purchase. We are able to follow our order status on line and are anxious to put all of our new purchases in place by late February

We had only very good experiences at Furnitureland South. I have never been to the show room and 15 years ago purchased a sofa and chairs I saw at a NJ showroom and saved lots of money. Last year that was all replaced and I am very happy. Kate Zylesta was very very helpful in helping me select the fabric and trims. All the pieces are made in America and well made and comfortable. Love it, quite pleased considering I never saw it before I purchased. I just bought a leather recliner and am hoping all will be just as good as before.

I signed up through the website before our planned trip to FLS. Christine Eddy contacted us and just before the trip, we gave her the measures of the rooms and the list of items we intend to buy. Upon arrival at FLS, we were really pleased with the experience. As a sales associate, Christine was really patient with us and understood our specifications/preferences. It was not easy to arrive at a sofa that pleased both me and my husband. She understood our price point and interests and constantly was on the look out for our items. She was never pushy.We came back for a second day's ordeal and she was right there to continue our search and assist us. We have placed the order for some items which was ably assisted by her. I will write back on how the experience goes with the shipping and such - overall happy with the choices/selections we saw at FLS showroom.

Phone service is terrible. Once you actually get a hold of someone, and explain your issue, it's like pulling teeth to get clear information. They did not look up my account. They did not care if I had my need taken care of. I bought all of my 3200 sq ft house furniture there (which was alot) and and customer service could use some insight on the "service" part. Frustrated.
