Poor communication 1/2 star Lack of diagnostic Knowledge 1/2 star Quoted a price on a repair that may not fix the problem CDI. I confirmed that he checked the other possibilities such as stator, coil, and the "common flywheel problem". (I did my research BTW). He said everything pointed to cdi. I confirmed the quoted price and told him to fix it. Week later I called to check the status and the cdi was not the problem. It was the flywheel. I reminded him that I asked him in our earlier conversation if he had checked the other possibilities. I said fine ill pay the quoted price and ill pick my atv up. That quoted price nearly doubled without me knowing it. After arguing my case I told him to screw off. Today I went and purchased a new atv IN CASH. NOT @ FUN MART. If everything at fun mart would have went as planned I would have payed for the repairs necessary to get my atv up and running. Less the parts they threw at it guessing. I would have bought another ATV and brought my other 5 atv,s and R6 in for service and repair as needed. You blew it Fun Mart. When I find a place i like im a customer for life.

Brought my bike for a dyno tune and shock service after speaking with Jr (tuner) and Dustin multiple times. When i dropped off the bike the dyno tune was not going to happen anymore. And this was the main part i brought my bike here. Fine. They said they were gonna upload a map from ktm but they uploaded random maps that the bike was backfiring with. Jr did not install a piece on the shock where it was before and its not visible now, i hope its there. Hes a fella you do not want to deal with. Tried to have a fair conversation but an argument came out within minutes. Even a worker at funmart mentioned that hes not a friendly guy and u dont want to deal with him. Btw i drove 3 hours from chicago one way to drop off bike because over the phone it sounded promising. They also tried to say my dirtbike isnt well maintained because it was sandy. And thats why its not running right, but it wasnt backfiring before!!! Also took two weels to rebuild a shock, relace a wheel and install a poorly working map on my enduro motorcycle. Asked for a refund on my poorly running map but dustin said sorry, nothing can be done. Edit. Jr called and wanted to procide free tune and suspension work. I kindly said not interesting in coming back to a such shop. Front tire was completely flat when brought home after they assembled the wheel. Removed the tire to only find put there was no rim tape installed and my $100 tubliss system is damaged. This shop has cost me more time and money that if i would have bought all thetools and done it myself. If you care for your toy this isnt the guys that will take care for it.

Great experience dealing with Rob Henry at Fun Mart Cycle. The level of professionalism, assistance and attention to detail were unbeatable. I have bought several bikes over the years and no other experience was even close to this one. I live over 700 miles away and the transaction was exceptional! I would highly recommend the team at Fun Mart for your next purchase!

Worked with Nicholas Eckermann on the purchase of a new Husaberg. Although we were in two different states, the transaction was seamless. Nicholas was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful. Our entire transaction was negotiated through email (with the exception of payment and delivery of the bike). I found Nicholas and Fun Mart to be responsible business partners who met and exceeded my expectations with ease of doing business and respect for the customer. I would purchse from them again without hesitation.

Bought my first ATV today and Rob was very very helpful as well was everyone that worked there. Took the time I needed to walk me through all the ins and outs of what I was looking for and after the purchase did a very thurough walk through and explained everything I need to know. Responded very quickly to my emails as I had all kinds of questions before my purchase. The whole experience was five star. Thank you and definitely recommend.

Just bought my third bike in the last 10 years from salesman Nicholas E. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to deal with. Bikes arrive as described and ship very quickly. Funmart uses a national freight company so you can track your order. I received my bike in 5 days as promised. If you want a guaranteed delivery date that is an option too. When I have a question the staff is very friendly and eager to assist. Would highly recommend for an easy transaction.

I bought from Funmart hoping that the deal was not too good to be true. I lucked out, and I am very happy with my purchase ('08 450 EXC-R). I could not believe that they could 2 day ship the bike to me, since I live in several states away (NJ), but sure enough it arrived by 10AM 2 days later. They prepped the bike very quickly and had it ready for shipment, since I needed it quickly (I was going out of town). Thank you Funmart! After receiving the bike, I noticed the mirrors and tool kit were missing, so a quick call, and they sent those missing items right away. As soon as I have enough funds available, I'll be ordering my next bike from these great folks. By the way, I have my eye on the RC8...
