Sorry about the noise, we've had to restart a bunch of servers due to an openssl security vulnerability (CVE-2014-0160). This is unfortunately going to be very noisy but should be over with relatively quickly. Thanks for using freenode and have a good day.

Please remember that updating openssl is necessary, but not sufficient action in this case.  Your keys have to be assumed compromised, and it's time to regen them.

+Zhaofeng Li there's responding and connected servers in our round robin chat.freenode.net so trying that should work. We have pulled some servers from the network and the remaining ones might appear to be full and refusing connections because of that, but eventually it should work.
