The Woodland Lavender Farm in Yamhill, Oregon contains an acre of lavender, grown for their oils and flower display. It's an amazing sight to see them in full bloom.

This yearly event happens in the small community of Forest Grove, which is just outside of Portland. A great diversity of gardening space is shown via 3 households and the participants hope to inspire others to start raising (some of) their own food too.
