I got Samsung galaxy j5 from flipkart...sound/speaker is pathetic ..now they are not ready to return it...........flipkart is pissing me off..i will now never buy from flipkart............bunch of uncommitted people running this company.. selling with not reliability..

totally false promises. Daily receive more then 100 calls on my mobile but flipkart is unable to reach me. 
Where is flipkart 30 days replacement guarantee, its totally false. 24 August 2015 receive Lenovo K3 Note and same day create return but still waiting. They advice go to service center.

Good Day ! For taking much time for escalating the issues to your senior management. Each & every time i regularly posted our feedback for complain but Still not received any final conclusion.

My self Dinker BAJPAI from Kanpur have booked Moto E (2nd Gen) 3G mobile which didn’t start when I open this packet & it was in dead condition so same I have register complain against this shipment order no. OD302786893339866500 which complain accept by your technical team so same he allow to replace the handset by Replacement ID (Return ID: 20622022) – ACCEPTED.
On date 10 June 2015 One courier person come our home at evening time 05:30 pm and his mobile number was 09559558883 & he says” I am coming to collect  the replacement of mobile handset by Replacement ID (Return ID: 20622022) so same he have shown some document & I have signed the same & handover mobile handset to him. He says another person come tomorrow to handover replacement mobile handset & provides my contact number for any query & his courier person mobile number was 095509558883.
On date 11 June 2015 I received call from this number 07704902811 & says to me over when I collect the  replacement mobile handset then I surprised  & say to him what you are saying ? I confirmed over phone that one courier person has come to our home & same collect the replacement handset then I told him once again please cross check from your office who have collect this mobile from my home address & whose have this person his mobile no. 095509558883. 
Till today he misguide to me for delivered the mobile handset against this shipment order no. OD302786893339866500 which complain accept by your technical team so same he allow to replace the handset by Replacement ID (Return ID: 20622022) – ACCEPTED.
In the meanwhile may I know when we get the handset against replacement ID (Return ID: 20622022) & nobody taking care of this type service & misbehavior. Simply I would like get our mobile.
Appreciate if you will register this mail as complain & cross check from courier person for this type of fraud.
