Yes. You can do it. I'm not sure how you do it on your computer, but I do it in the app under Track Exercise. Click the little stop watch in the right upper corner. Add your start/stop times and distance. Your start/stop times are just so it knows if you were wearing it. If I were to log a walk but I had been wearing it, it doesn't add it any steps. Hope this helps!
