Signed up to them for some cost savings. THE SAVING ARE NOT WORTH IT. An issue with their product (definitely their issue, not outside of their control, I work in telecoms) from day one. I submitted a support ticket. Got a crappy response regarding it being "escalated" and 2 weeks later nothing. Lucky I was yet to disconnect my old service, I'll continue using that. Thanks.

Terrible customer service and communication is very bad. I have had several problems and mistakes and you Don't get any response for over a week. Watch out for all the extra charges, change plan and if you move it's cheaper to start a new plan. You also have to buy their modem. They are only a reseller so everything is outsourced. The only good thing is they use Optus lines so far I have good speeds on NBN FTTN VDSL, but 3 outages in a month.

Poor reviews for a reason. Don't expect to get your phone issues sorted out of hours, be informed before your phone it disconnected and when this is the phone of a child you can't even call them. My daughter...currently is not home and i cannot contact her...

They have been great for many years, however recently their billing has many faults in it and you will need to check your bill each month to ensure they are not overcharging you. I don't think they are deliberately doing this. It is just their automation of billing is flawed. They are definitely worth a try compared to the rest however the billing department could be improved. They would be better spending money on that their young and poor UI.

One of the poorest quality service that you can get for your money. Their attitude towards their customers is dreadful. We were with them 10+ years. From one of the best provider at that time they degraded to the rock bottom quality and attitude. Now enough is enough. However, if anyone want challenges – join them. Zero stars for them.

The most horrible experience. I signed up for the first full month free deal. First they did not connect the internet properly. Some kind of Node/data problems. Websites would not load properly. Then they charged me a partial month and 2 full months that i paid. Then refused to give me my first full month free and suspended my account. I am submitting a complaint to the telco ombudsmen. They lied and false advertised to get people to sign up to thier crap service.

Personally, i have had my ADSL service via Exetel for about 10 years, and several cell phone services through them currently. I have never had to wait more than a few rings to get onto customer service, and the few issues along the way have been sorted more or less immediately. Not sure what more anyone could expect from a reseller of telco services.

I suggest google can provide a negative points. This company is just like a rogue. We just request a quote,didn't confirm anything.Then after couple month we just received a bill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Let's leave this to TIO.
