+ольга рябинина It was one of the biggest mistake of the Stalin who wants to pacify the extreme ultranationalists and integrate them into society by sparing they lives (USSR did not had capital punishment after 1946) . Good example of this exhibition is how gradually Nazi’s ideals got into Ukrainian mainstream art and culture. The spared Bandera’s Nazis did not produce art but gradually infect the Ukrainian ‘creative’ class with Nazis ideals. This process did not happened in one day as this exhibition is portrayed but gradually year by year Nazism become the natural environment for Ukrainian ‘creative’ class.
