As every device with fingerprint sensor and Internet connection. But no one wants to hear that. 
It is a terribly bad idea to use biometrics for such things, in fact it's "broken by design".

Do not negotiate with terrorists. It's a simple phrase that handles this and more. They try and trick you in into thinking they have some sort of honor, but they already violated that possibility by using fear and illegal tools. There is no baseline of trust with any of them.
