We are going to bring in some yoga today. But not a normal slow yoga we are going to do a fast paced power yoga for the first half of the workout to get the sweat and blood pumping, then in the second half of the workout we are going to work our legs with a strength and balance challenge with kick holds!

Lets hit the arms, chest and back today! But we are going to be doing the whole thing with resistance bands. In this workout we will do biceps, triceps and shoulder using our feet to hold the resistance and then we will hook our band on the door and hiit our back, chest and shoulders! Each exercise is 60 seconds with a 45 second pulse right afterwards!

This week is going to end in a 4X4 HIIT Cardio Strength Core workout! In this workout we do some standing core cardio, then we’ll go down to the floor for some isometric core holds, flip it over for some plank cardio and end it in a Hip Up upper body strength exercise!

We are rocking the upper body today in this 25 minute ISO workout! We have a playground of equipment we are using in this workout! You will need a resistance band or a pull up bar, a bench or a stability ball and one medium weighted dumbbell. We are isolating each side one at a time to really focus on the each sides muscles. In this workout there is a stability ball weighted move, a pull up or resistance simulated back move and a balance iso weighted cardio move!

With this workout we are doing a total body hiit circuits workout with weights! We will start by doing a cardio or kick move for 45 seconds then we’ll do a upper body strength move with heave to medium weights for 45 seconds and to finish the full circuit we’ll put the two together for a full 60s of hiit strength with light weights!

Legs get some leg work done today guys. This workout we focus on the front lunge and the sump squat! With each exercise we’ll add a kick or a leg lift to really burn in the strength. But lucky for you I’ve added a ginga section in-between each side to flush the burn out just in time to build it back up on the other side!

It is core day! We are going to be doing a nice 20 minute Burpee, Plank and C Position Core workout. We will alternate exercises between Burpees and C Positions and in-between each move we will hold Plank for 30 seconds! Until the end and I gift you with a nice burnout! There are no crunches in this workout and each exercise is only done once so goes by Lickety Split!

Introduction
I am a disabled woman who fights through constant pain to do day to day things. I was in a car accident back in 2006 which left me disabled in my right arm. I suffer from nerve damage constant pain and loss of motion. 

I workout almost everyday and now have start my own series of workouts on my Youtube Channel, SuperMOM. I have been inspired by programs such as BodyCombat, BodyAttack, Insanity and Tapout XT and the many amazing Youtube fitness channels.

I am knitter in my free time and love making wears for people. 

Sammy and my Husband Randy are my life. I'd be nothing with out them. I push through the pain for them!
