Today we are going to kick some butt! And today we are doing just that! This workout is a kicking and leg and butt training and toning journey. We will be going over each kick then adding a bit of cardio to it. Then after we have gone through all the kicks we will go through some Squat and Lunges leg and toning intervals, pyramid style!

Today we are doing a beginners version of some MMA UFC Fight Training. This is a low impact workout but I promise this will still get the heart rate pumping. I don’t know about you but with all the training we’ve been doing this week I’m pretty sore, so lets do some yoga and stretching! Of course though I have to add some kickboxing and mma kicks into this toned down and stretching workout! This workout is pregnancy safe and will get that heart pumping but also leave the body feeling worked and stretched!

Tabata Beginners Upper and Lower Mixed Martial Arts Cross Training. That is the name of the game today! We are mixing 3 simple strength moves with 5 MMA cardio moves for a total body cross training calorie burner. This is 35 minutes of cardio with weighted strength moves. There are no complex moves just build simple moves on top of each other for a full body blast of a workout!

We are bringing the stability ball back out for this upper body tabata workout. This workout uses tons of reps to really hammer into those muscles. the whole workout uses the stability ball. There are 2 big rounds each round has 4 upper body part Intervals we’ll be focusing on, Chest, Biceps, Shoulders, Triceps and Core. The intervals are made up of 3 1 minute exercises a full rep, a pulse and a hold. Then as a burn out of each interval there is a plank hold to get the core as well!

Today we are going to be doing our very first Official Beginners Low Impact Workout! This is a 25 minute workout that will get the heart rate going for the people who are just getting into fitness but still may have some hindrances on them! There is no jumping in this workout. There are four intervals each interval has a none impact cardio, strength (upper or lower body) move and a mma kick, because well because I have too lol.

Pushing Through!
Introduction
I am a disabled woman who fights through constant pain to do day to day things. I was in a car accident back in 2006 which left me disabled in my right arm. I suffer from nerve damage constant pain and loss of motion. 

I workout almost everyday and now have start my own series of workouts called Pushing Through. I have been inspired by programs such as BodyCombat, BodyAttack, Insanity and Tapout XT and the many amazing Youtube fitness channels.

I am knitter in my free time and love making wears for people. Sammy my daughter has rediscovered my love of Pokemon oh ya I'm a dork.

Sammy and my Husband Randy are my life. I'd be nothing with out them. I push through the pain for them!
