One of the most confusing concept to master in SQL is Joins, I find it quite similar to Recursion, some heads picks it up naturally but others can't even after lot of practice. This is one reason why Join is popular on any SQL interviews. One of the frequently asked question is Difference between RIGHT and LEFT Outer join, some will simply ask difference, others will ask you to write query. In Outer Join, non-matching records are also included in final result and depending upon, whether you are using RIGHT or LEFT outer join, non-matching rows from corresponding tables are included and for null is used to fill values for columns which comes from other table.
