IWandsd a similar terrible experience only I went through with the installation. and now regret every minute of every day I had laminate flooring put in which within 6 months discolored. then when it was replaced the measurements for incorrect and boards and her up shortly and within 3 months I had board separating. so after a third floor being installed and still continuing with problems cause he never a regionally leveled the whole floor just sections of it. which I find funny that they break out this long metal ruler to check the flatness of the floor before they start the job but never after they finish. I've had multiple T molding come unglued at my most recent complaint avoid separating resulted in them changing some of the boards which turned out to be used towards that might be older than the ones I had because they're faded looking compared to my boards and now they won't replace them so I'm stuck with two different colors in my living room. this company has no product control and there have no responsibility because they don't actually work for Empire they are subcontracted. maybe if they had a fear of losing their job there be a difference in the quality of workmanship. but I understand those are loopholes for empire to get out of responsibility of certain labor and installation problems I guess it's too much to ask for a nice looking Floor that
