I placed a booking on Saturday night for flight from Stockholm-KL and the KL- Lagos.
And I received the SMS from my credit card provider that the amount has been charged. However, I have not received any confirmation email from Emirates on the booking. And when I checked my profile, no booking under my name. Can you please help to check on the status. I did not managed to take the reservation number, I've seen it was generated but the network just died on me when I wanted to make seat selection.
Also can I get the confirmation is Emirates has accepted the credit card payment?
I tried to ask this via your website, but there is no email or online form that I can use for inquiry, everything points back to FAQ, which in this case does not help.
Can you please give an email address that I can direct my questions to? Where I am located, the phone line is not that clear.
