Great hotel, HORRIBLE valet service. Valet "accidentally" gave our keys to a drunk guy pretending to be the owner, which now has our stolen truck. We have stayed here before and loved the hotel and staff but we should of known by the way the valet was eyeballing the truck something would happen. Night valet admitted to giving the keys to the alcohol smelling man who gave him a temporary valet ticket without asking for an ID. Do NOT TRUST their valet unless you want your personal belongings being giving to others!!!!!!

Me and my girlfriend went to San Antonio on a holiday and stayed at the hotel for 5 days. The room was very large and the bathroom was very clean and spacious. The bed was incredible! It honestly felt like memory foam. Room service was very professional. The Oro restaurant has amazing food. We have zero complaints and can not wait to return.

The hotel was great. The rooms were just as expected, very nice! The location is perfect in the middle of main attractions. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I would definitely come again.

I finally got to the hotel and we got our room and the person at the front desk was nice and social, then I went up and the quality of everything was amazing I went to bed and and had a wonderful sleep. I came back the next day at about 10:30pm and got free and I got free ice cream.

We recently stayed at the Emily Morgan Hotel and many parts of the stay were very unpleasant. Although the valet and bell hop were very helpful, the staff at the welcome desk were very rude! The paint in the room was extremely cracked! There were chips in the wall itself in the bathroom and cracks in the wall in both the bathroom and the room. I understand the building is old but that is unacceptable when paying for a service. Also, the outlets were very loose and made it difficult to keep things plugged in like cell phone chargers. The light in the room had no fixture over it and was just an exposed bulb. The track that the curtains were hung from were also not up to par. They were very loose making it impossible for the curtains to be closed completely. The hotel was very understaffed when it came time to check out. We called down for a bell hop to bring up a cart for the luggage and after waiting for 30 minutes decided to take it down outselves. We had also called down for our car to be ready 15 minutes before going downstairs and still had to wait another 10-15 minutes after reminding the valet twice of our valet number. The location of the hotel was the best part of it. It is very close to everything but I would not want to stay there again.
