Used to be our favorite zoo to go to. We went today for the day before school fun day. A lot was under construction. Bought our tickets at the gate to feed the Giraffes (our main reason to come) . When it was time to feed the giraffes, we had to wait in the line to purchase tickets, just to feed the giraffes. So we waited twice! A lot of unhappy people around me, waiting twice, including me. Most people that already paid, went around and jumped the line. Should not punish the people that bought tickets ahead of time. Could not ride the ponies or feed the birds. Food truck were not running, but the web page says they are open daily.

We took our girls (9yrs & 5yrs) and we had a blast, even with it being over 100 degrees. The animals were visible, active and the place looked great. They even had inflatable water slides and Pokémon contests. We liked it so much, we became members. #LookingForwardToReturn

I really enjoyed this Zoo. We frequent other zoo locations like the Philadelphia Zoo, the Cape May Zoo, the Cohanzick Zoo, and the Popcorn Zoo. This zoo requires more then a free zoo like Cape May, but offers unique experiences that you cannot find at the other locations like the ability to hand feed the giraffe (for a small fee) and climb onto an old fashion train to view buffalo. This zoo is upgrading a wild cat area and has jungle adventure in the trees as well. Disclaimer our local library gave us free passes to visit the zoo so for us it was a win win kinda of outing. We were able to save on tolls as well so it was a good day.

I took my grandchildren (ages 2 and 4) and it was great for them since it's not too big and they were both able to walk around the entire park. Many attractions have extra cost. A large section was under construction when we were there.

Great little zoo. Lots of well designed exhibits that let you really close to the animals. We stood about 3 get from a bald eagle in an open exhibit right by the entrance. Feeding the giraffes and bison was great, too. They also have a nice coffee shop, taco shop and ice cream shop. It looks like there are lots of nice rides for kids and just some generally nice places to sit and relax. Next time we go, we'll try the zip lines, which let you go right over the elk and bison!

The zoo is pretty small. You do get a chance to feed animals like bisons and giraffes. Not as many animals as your typical zoo, but it's still nice for kids. They do offer zip lines if it's something you are interested in. If you are an annual member of Philadelphia zoo, you'll get 50% off your tickets.

Perfect sized zoo for smaller kids who may not be able to handle walking thru a huge zoo, like Philly. Less expensive, but you don't sacrifice anything. Petting zoo, exotic stuff, monkeys, snakes, tigers, and more on the way (lots of construction going on). Parking is free, the area the zoo is in is really nice, it's easy to find, and just a great way to spend a few hours without spending a fortune.

Great family oriented animal park. A very decent sized "neighborhood zoo" fun to spend a half of a day seeing the variety of animals unavailable unless you venture to the Philadelphia zoo.
