Depends on where your level of hypertension. Moderate or severe. Diet and exercise can help lower low to moderate. If meds are required they must be taken daily. If not treated can cause stroke and left ventricular hypertaphy ( thinking of the pumping chamber ) this causes lower ejection fraction.. Less blood sent out to extremities. Feeling of lethargic,tired lack of energy.
