Yeah, it looks eggish. Says Harvard is going to pursue a patent. I wonder if they're really that innovative. Cooking 225 pounds of brisket ain't squat. The biggest thing that's come along to prevent meat from drying out and stabilizing smoke temperature is the water pan. I've built a number of smokers over the years, and slowing down the velocity of the smoke while maintaining heat is the real goal. But, you know what......there's a whole world of Yankees who n will buy these pits up. Yeah, then they'll sit on the porch, because to them, it's just a passing fad.😈😂🐮🐔🐑🐖🔥🎯
