Visiting the casino for my wife's birthday, the staff was very courteous. Dinner at the buffet, The food was hot and very well seasoned. Two hours at the slot machines with great service. Would recommend it for a great night on the town.

Love the fact that you can go through the entire casino and enjoy your self without a smoky environment. The hotel is top notch and I always get a very relaxing stay. I enjoy this casino over the ones in Maryland at this time. Great rewards and fun times. Will be staying this weekend Sunday-Monday to celebrate a birthday in the family.

one word: AWFUL Please go to Atlantic City if you are looking for a Hotel / Casino experience. I booked through Travelocity which listed terrific amenities and photos made it look like (and referred to it as) a LUXURY hotel. In reality, it is on the side of the road with our view from our "upgraded" 10th floor room being that of the shopping center across the street and parking lot. SIMPLY PUT: Health concerns prevented us from enjoying amenities that were listed as luxurious on website (jacuzzi and pool......both of which were incredibly dirty and TINY to the point where we would not put a TOE in !) and gym that smelled of cat spray (of all things, oddly enough???) Prevented us from our daily workout. Again, if we KNEW the hotel was so horrendous I would have booked us at the Hilton across the street where we are members of HiltonHonors and even so.......thinking about it, the poorly lit dangerous parking lot and clientele would not even make it worth it. We will NEVER return; in fact we are embroiled in a battle to get a refund. We were absolutely horrified upon pulling up and seeing that this was an outdated, filthy building among TJ Maxx, Target, Super Cuts, etc. and MOST IMPORTANTLY- do NOT risk your health and safety. That's the bottom line. If we lived closer I don't think I'd even go there due to the safety concerns.....staying there- not even a chance in HELL due to the health/sanitary issues. Please do not consider this filthy place.

Hung out at the sports bar and casino. Sports bar service was incredibly slow but atmosphere was relaxed. Casino was as to be expected: lost money, had fun doing it.

Good service. Clean hotel. Only issue was a clogged toilet but they sent someone up very fast to fix it. Would return again.

WEBSITE PHOTO'S VERY MISLEADING. Very poorly maintained property in a bad location with menacing staff. Hotel is located in strip mall Vagrants walk parking lot asking for money Pool is filthy (and only 3' deep throughout) Jacuzzi is a health risk (black mold, green foam and scum around tiles) Overpriced Out of the way (for no good reason) Nasty clerk - threatened me ("I have your license and know where you live") Extra unexplained charges / no receipt-folio provided

I honestly do not know how this buffet could get this many stars. I have been there twice and each time worse than the last. I recently tried it on 07-02-2015 to see if It was a bad night on my last visit. Nope, still pretty gross. Cost: (3) Adults (1) 10 year old- $64.75..Also no Senior discount for my 80 yr old mother who will never eat $18.50 worth of this buffet food. We only needed to take one bite to realize, we just been ripped off. I have had my fair share of buffets. Especially living so close to Las Vegas and Laughlin. This place has a long way to go. Steer clear and try Harringtons buffet. Any place has got to be better than this. Mashed Potatoes are like a thick paste (you have to beat off the spoon), Gravy flavorless Any meat is tough loaded with grizzle and bland (bring a sawzaw) Guacamole tasted Canned from their Quesadilla bar, better Guac from Redners freezers. Lettuce from the Salad bar warm and wilted, salad plates hot from the dishwasher( How Appropriate) Corn on the cob looks like all the corn was already eaten off.and the color of a pear food was in the hot plates so long its crusted on the sides. I could go on. I never write reviews but was absolutely blown away by the cheesiness of this place. And have never experienced people acting like a free for all when getting some dinner, Relax and wait your turn. Take what you will eat and not for the block you live on. People cutting in and out from lines piling food up 8 inches high. Like it's their last meal on earth, Knowing your right next to them interested in one of what they just took 6 of, leaving a half a meatball for ya! The only good thing about this Buffet was the server thats been there since 2002. Very friendly and on top of our drinks, laughing with us and giving us her best.
