Meanwhile one of Europe's best "League of Legends" teams "Fnatic" invited an Estonian (Puszu) to play for them, we had another regular meetup with few refreshments in Tallinn Old Town to calmly outline tasks, deadlines and define very much needed front-end designer.

There is a controversial rule applying to majority of great companies in the past few decades. Initially none of their founders had a clue where to direct their companies after actually founding one. The only confidence they had were their team. Not just random people as human resources, but genuinely talented experts, able to act as conquerors, but simultaneously capable to face most severe facts. Non of them were dictators, nor public persons, mostly commiting to their daily tasks in the background. They managed their companies by questions, not answers, giving an opportunity to tell truth in its widest aspect to literally any employee. They sticked to "hedgehog" concept instead of a tricky "fox". Now, tell us, how do you manage your company?

Sun is shining, weather is sweet... but here, at dopaWin, someone has to code hard to get backend environment ready in the very first days of July. Then we add main features and finally proceed with design, so any grandma could use our engaging service at her finest convenience. That being said, Rome wasn't build in a day neither!

Unless you are an innovative startup or busy developing utterly specific solution, existing competition is a good sign to confirm demand for your actual product or service. In other words, competition let you confirm, either your business idea viable or meant to hit undergrounds before even making the very first breath. Do research timely and regularly. We did, we found, we are happy. Here are few links to explore:

Recently we were curious about your preferred payment methods, even though we didn't really grasp required feedback. But we certainly agree, involving only monetary systems and eventually asking for in-app payments is a single-side benefit, in this case obviously ours. However, gaining additional free tries within each available tournament might be completely money-free and actually a minute-affair for each of you. We are considering to implement free additional tries for each share/invite over your social network. We still need to figure out how to proceed with this feature, but surely we know the direction and we'll stick to that path.

There are firm rumors that IGDA (International Game Developers Association) is planning to co-found local community together with few Estonian game devs. Details TBA within April. Meanwhile Kate Edwards (ED) is giving a talk at Garage48 HUB this Wed.

At times free tries are not enough to hit the highest score within a game and win actual reward, therefore we plan to introduce few additional options to engage you into endless playing & winning. One of those options are in-app purchases. You'll be able to purchase additional tries within every single tournament in order to play more and finally win :) But hey, please tell us in the comments, what's your preferred payment method when it comes to in-app purchases?

a. mobile payments (via local GSM operators)
b. direct bank transfer (via local banks)
c. PayPal
d. credit card
f. other (please specify)
