Hi, I am just wondering when my support ticket is going to be answered. My website theatricalcostumeguide.com.au has been offline for a few days now and noone has responded giving me a rational response other than "Send an email". Has the A Record changed? Do I need to point it to a new IP? Ive been told to send email after email.. but noone is responding. I'm paying for hosting for a service that is not available to me. Each day is costing me money for customers who cannot access my website.
