Today, I supposed to receive my flipkart shipment from you and I had received sms too @ 10:39 AM that you shipment is out for delivery and then in the evening to my shock, I received sms @ 5:01PM that "shipment is attempted today for delivery. We were unable to delivery to you". Just to inform you, my complete family (4 members) is available at my home as white wash work is going in my home.
After this when I called to customer care and try to figure out at what time & who found out my home is closed executive system does not have any information. when I instead then, floor manage assure me that you will receive you shipment today itself. After the call, I also received the sms @ 6:24PM that your shipment is out for delivery but again when till 8:30 PM i have not received the shipment or any call from any delivery person, I checked the site and again to my shock now site is showing it was delivery @ 8:22PM and I dont know to whom and how without any ID proof.
Now when I called to customer care again, they told me that they need 24 hours to find out to whom it was delivery. Means after escalating, I received this type of service and now you guys wants more time to find out to whom it is delivery.
my complain number is 339115.
I am also going to write to flipkart that please stop using delhivery service ASAP or atleast for me start using some other service, i am happy to pay extra buck for delivery.
