Just a heads up, my experience with Toyota of Texas in Grapevine. Help spread the word of this place, there are people you just don't try to rip off in this world, cops, firefighters, military and teachers. Just left the lot here after being told that the published price, still showing online, did not include an additional $1,500 "to get the car ready" for me to take it home. I was ready to buy and then they brought out a price that differed than the published one. When I asked they said it was to give the car an oil change and to get it ready to sell when their site clearly states: "All of the Used Cars, Trucks & SUVs at Texas Toyota have been put through a multiple point inspection by an ASE Certified Mechanic, oil and filter changed and fully detailed to bring the vehicle to as near a new car appearance as possible." This would indicate to me that this was already done and included in the price. In the fine print that there are tax, title and license fees as I expected, and I I discussed with the salesman before I drove an hour to see the car. He gave me an estimate of about $1,000 for this, so I was ready for that, but a hidden cost of another $1,500 "to get the car ready to sell?!" If it wasn't ready to sell, what was it doing listed online? Guys like this give used car salesmen a bad name.
