For the very first time in our history of purchasing a vehicle, Dahl Ford is at the best service we'd ever received. There was no pressure, no intimidation but most importantly the entire process was so amazingly smooth & assuring. Lisa Blaser our sales agent, Mike Ohm from finance gave us the most comfortable atmosphere that for once we knew there was no doubt we'd be completely satisfied. The icing on the cake was, we got to meet the owner of the dealership which made it more personal and the sense of excitement was from start to finish!. Thank you Lisa, Mike & the entire Dahl Ford family, we are enjoying our new truck and we appreciate the outstanding service we received!!

As President and Executive Director of New Hope in Christ Ministries here in Davenport, I have the pleasure of doing business with many fine companies throughout the Quad City Area. Dahl Ford certainly is within that caliber, and provides both excellent and courteous service at a reasonable price. Their outstanding service department is quite knowledgeable in their fields of expertise, and their customer service staff kept me fully apprised of my repairs, and worked closely with me to establish an appropriate timeline from diagnosis to completion. I would respectfully suggest to our Quad City community to well consider Dahl Ford as your service provider of choice whenever the need arises for either routine maintenance or more elaborate repairs....

I was very nervous about buying a new or newer car, having owned my last vehicle for 15 years but Javier and all the people at Dahl Ford put me at ease. There was no pressure, Javier was wonderful to work with, he listened to my needs and concerns, and I love my new Ford! Just a great car buying experience! I highly recommend Dahl Ford. I recently purchased a 2016 Ford F150 and a 2017 Ford Expedition from Dahl Ford. The experience was relaxed and friendly, and I was even provided some home made enchiladas as I waited, how is that for a new car buying experience LOL? The sales person (Elias) was great to work with and I could not have asked for a more friendly and caring person. The rest of the staff were also professional and quite easy to work with. Although it has only been a few days since my purchase, I have no doubt the professionals at Dahl Ford will live up to their promises of outstanding customer service. Yes, I would use this organization again in the future and I will not hesitate to send friends and acquaintances to them as well.

I have owned Ford cards for the last 10+ years and always choose another local Ford Dealership for my service. Always. But, after a few horrible experiences with the other guys, I contact Javier at Dahl for help. Javier told me that April would be contacting me first thing on Monday and that she would take care of me. Not only did April contact me on schedule, we had my car in the next day, had detailed notes on the work to be done, and had Hertz ready for me to give me my rental per my extended warranty. Did I also mention that she knew who I was as soon as I walked in without me even telling her my name!? All of my concerns were corrected on the car, the service center communication was on point, the transaction was easy and painless and Im completely satisfied. I hate having my car in the shop. Even more, I always feel like Im being taken advantage of. Not this time. No cluster of miscommunications, no running around looking for my keys and MOST IMPORTANTLY - I didn't have to walk to the back of the lot in the cold weather to get my car myself. It was pulled up to the door, warm and ready for me. It's the little things that matter.
