I absolutely loved the Santa Monica headquarters. It is in a lively area of Southern California, and the office itself is very conducive to modern work approaches. The atmosphere is as flexible or as rigid as the individual employee requires or desires for their optimum productivity. The software we purchased is very powerful. I believe Cornerstone has all of the parts of the equation needed for client success. The only thing I would do is change the order and priority of how the information is relayed to the customer. I would have preferred to attend the on-site training FIRST, and complete the software training afterward, or in conjunction with it. Almost like a test as you learn/train type of deal. Ultimately, however, I enjoyed every part of the experience and would gladly go back for more! Katie and Richard were awesome!

The company I work for has purchased several modules of Cornerstone, including Learning, Performance, Succession, Compensation, and Recruiting. I have used other Talent Management platforms in the past, and by far Cornerstone is the most admin-friendly that I have used. Administrators don't need to be experts in xml or html in order to make most updates or changes to the system, including the look and feel. It is easy to use and the online help is so robust, you can almost always find the answer to your questions there. In the off chance that you can't find your answer online, the customer support from Cornerstone is so accessible, they're just a quick phone call away!

So far, so good. My organization is in the process of transitioning from our old LMS to Cornerstone. We do not yet have a live system, but I am particularly looking forward to the flexibility the OU structure will provide in terms of allowing different lines of business to organize learning objects within their OU without hampering the functionality of other lines of business. I have used other versions of Cornerstone and have found it easy to find and launch web-based training. One of the the areas where I would like to see future improvements is in the classification of instructors. Our current LMS allows us to identify instructors as well as what courses they are able to teach. I hope CSOD is looking into adding this type of functionality as a future enhancement.

We are in the midst of implementing Cornerstone. We have attended user groups for Cornerstone which have been very powerful and eye opening for us as we begin the design of our LMS. Every time we have run into an issue or a question we are greeted with prompt replies from our sales representative or implementation specialist at Cornerstone. I am excited to roll this out to our organization since we have never had a Learning Management System. I whole-heartedly believe that our organization will be blown away by Cornerstone once it is rolled out.

We started using cornerstone in 2014. This new lms came as a big relief from our previous one. I loved the reporting functionality. There are several things we use calculated fields and custom reports to monitor our company's progress. The email administration is also great. One feature that I would like to see added is - - Preview link for all courses. Currently we make up the preview link and store in a spreadsheet but would be helpful if it is available easily all the time. Thank you

Comments: We are using learning cloud. Functionality which exist now covering most of our scenarios. It covers also specific factory and pharma requirements. We still have a lot of needs for future enhancements. We believe CSOD can do better in reporting and need to redesign some older modules (like Exams and Evaluations). But in general we are very happy with CSoD functionalities PROS Cornerstone provide great customer support and client approach. They have very professional product management team. Cornerstone functionality covering most of the requirements from different industries for both white and blue collars. They have good possibility to configure solution and they keep delivering new enhancements every Release (quarterly) CONS As Cornerstone become bigger it is difficult to deliver enhancements with the same speed.Cornerstone need to increase number of developers to keep same level of enhancements quality and speed

We love that we have the opportunity to customize every part of Cornerstone! They provide a log of information in the Success Center from Follow-up webinars and also provide the Connect feature to communicate and ask questions about certain topics. They provide a great support team for us. We have a been a assigned a direct contact with any questions and to keep the integration process smooth for us. The Success Center is very helpful, you can read about different portals and the functionality of each one. We can't wait to get all of our Portals up and running!

The organization I work for has used Cornerstone for many years. The customer service is excellent and the engagement they encourage clients to have with other Cornerstone users shows the company walks their talk! At times the LMS can seem cumbersome; however, the initial time investment has helped us become more efficient in our learning and training goals over time. Again, their customer service is top notch and I have definitely utilized their resources to help me through moments of challenge and frustration. Overall, I highly recommend all to consider Cornerstone!
