A fun trip from our Memphis location would be a visit to the former home of the great railroad legend, Casey Jones, in Jackson, Tennessee. This home was built circa 1800, and is chucked full of railroad artifacts, including photographs from the days of old. Surrounding the home is Casey Jones Village, where you will find great restaurants, specialty shops and other attractions for the whole family. http://ow.ly/b78A30hJbFJ

The "ARCH" Enemy of a boring vacation!
This Monument may be literally "pointless" but the view from its peak will give meaning to any trip. Throw your vacation a curve with this great stop. http://ow.ly/U41Y30hJclR

A great daytrip from Indianapolis in your Cruise America RV would be to the town of Columbus, home to 70 very renowned pieces of architecture and public art. The works of Dale Chihuly, Richard Meier, Henry Moore, I.M. Pei, Eliel and Eero Saarinen, and Harry Weese are all featured here. There are tours, both walking and bus, so that you can take it all in during your visit. If you are more into shopping for bargains, visit the Edinburgh Premium Outlets, where you will find over 85 stores to choose from. To get here from Indianapolis it is a short 45-minute trip down US-31 S. http://ow.ly/PEDo30hJbai

If you are planning a trip to Idaho later this year, our Boise location can help! And if you are looking to explore outside the city in your rental motorhome, try visiting some of the vineyards, to which Idaho is home. Most of them are located in what has come to be known as "Idaho's Wine Country," just southwest of Boise. All of them offer tours, along with wine tasting sessions. One example of these vineyards is the Chapelle Winery. It is the largest winery in the area. It is located in Sunnyslope, which is approximately 30 miles outside of Boise. It is open seven days a week, and offers the guests complimentary tours and great views of the Snake River valley. During the summer there is a full schedule of concerts, as well as picnicking on the grounds. It is relaxation at its best. http://ow.ly/JQkc30hHGkj

About a 60-minute drive from our North Atlanta, GA location will land you in a 13,000-acre horticulture display called Callaway Gardens. Here you may visit the Callaway Discovery Center, the Day Butterfly Center, the Birds of Prey Show, the Sibley Horticultural Center, Mr. Cason’s Vegetable Garden, or the Callaway Memorial Chapel and the Pioneer Log Cabin. Your family can enjoy fishing, golf, biking, tennis and a myriad of seasonal events offered all throughout the year. But the biggest attraction is seeing the gorgeous floral displays, as Mother Nature puts her best foot forward. http://ow.ly/aOhm30hEyyJ

When you travel to Tampa FL, you can take your family to Crystal River to enjoy a brisk swim with the ever-so-famous Florida manatees. These gentle creatures love to frolic with the visitors in the clear waters of the Crystal River. It is 70-mile trip north from Tampa to the Crystal River attractions, and there are several companies that offer the manatee experience. To play with these sea cows is a special occurrence that teaches your group about the harmony that can exist between man and beast. These "beasts" are truly gentle creatures. http://ow.ly/9Og430hExt8

Traveling eastbound on FL-30 W/Harbor Blvd for 46 miles of scenic coastal roadways from Pensacola will get you to Destin, FL. This popular tourist town is located on the Emerald Coast, appropriately named for its clear, green water. The beautiful waters are complimented by beaches that are covered in fine, soft sand. It's great for beach walkers and sandcastle builders, not to mention sun worshipers looking for a tan. Here you can enjoy dolphin cruises, open-air shopping and amazing restaurants serving fresh seafood. You can visit the zoo for a wild time, or splash your way into the Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. You can even interact with the dolphins at the Gulfarium, where you can get to know sea life in an up-close way. http://ow.ly/MCH930hEthf

To begin your “one-tank” trip from our North Port, Florida location, start by taking I-75 South to the tropical city of Tampa, Florida! This city is packed with exciting adventures, starting with the famous Busch Gardens amusement park. Busch Gardens is 335 acres of plunging roller coaster, native African animals, exotic gardens and live entertainment. RV parking is easily accessible, as you are able to park at a nearby RV resort or, by simply paying a one-time daily fee, at the park itself. Tampa is also home of the Big Cat Zoo, Bayshore Boulevard, The Glazer Children’s Museum and the Amalia Arena where you can catch local hockey, basketball and even concerts.
