Search me, O God, and know my heart;
Try me, and know my anxieties;
And see if there is any wicked way in me,
And lead me in the way everlasting.

a must see for anyone that believes that there is something out there bigger than yourself. logical explinations, creative & appealing displays. my kids (7&3) enjoyed it but it was difficult for me to enjoy the full scope of it all due to chasing them around. food isn't the best but prices are reasonable.

We went for the first time almost 2 months ago. Tickets are good for 2 days, and we went both days and still didn't see everything. Even if you aren't a 6,000 year old earth Creationist, there are a lot of exhibits that talk about sin and the fall of man, and give modern day examples of sin we all have. They have camel rides outside, a neat restaurant area to eat, and more. A lot of exhibits opened my kids eyes to things they hadn't thought about before. There was a room that explained the flood. There was a video that showed numerous people busy in their every day lives when the waters suddenly arrived. Men, Women, Children, Elderly -- no one was sparred. I could see it "click" on my oldest son's face when he watched the video. Even if you aren't a Christian at all, but you want to do religion study with your children -- this would be an excellent place to take your kids when you start talking about Christianity. Whether or not you actually believe, this place does very well in making scripture and Biblical stories "3" or "4-D". We're going back in a month with a small group of people. I've heard they dress up their gardens with Christmas Lights in December, so we're pretty excited.

Well-crafted displays and a thoroughly enjoyable experience! Don't miss exhibits & attractions: the Lucy (Australopithecus afarensis) exhibit, the new allosaurus display, Dr. Crawley’s Insectorium, the top-notch planetarium Stargazer’s Room featuring a Digistar 5 digital projection system (no laser light/Pink Floyd shows here! -- just real science), as well as the rotating Green Collection of rare biblical texts and artifacts -- Verbum Domini. Apparently the vast majority of negative reviews are from people sitting in their parent's basement in front of their computers since they talk about things that are just plain wrong! Despite atheist misinformation campaigns, the Creation Museum is doing extremely well. How else can the Museum keep adding high quality displays?

Whether you believe creationism or evolution, it's an interesting place to visit. It will either please you by affirming your creationist beliefs or drive you insane in its attempts to disprove evolution. As far as my own beliefs go, I couldn't care less who's got the right answer - as long as I'm left to get on with my life, it doesn't matter to me whether we were put here by some deity or evolved from primates. However, I do find it interesting to see how different groups of people interpret evidence, even the interpretation of whether it is a primary, secondary, tertiary, etc. source can be fascinating and that was my reason for visiting. I went with an open mind and I left with an open mind. As a museum, it's well (intelligently??) designed. The food in the cafe was good. I particularly enjoyed the initial 4D cinema experience, which started off gently but got preachy and belligerent very quickly, not giving the audience a chance to question any messages. Many of the exhibits attempted to show arguments from both sides but obviously biased towards the creationist aspect. Regardless of beliefs, it was an interesting day out and I would recommend it to people from either side of the fence.

This is an outstanding facility with state of the art exhibits and true to the historical record (the Bible) explanation of creation and world history. The staff are very polite and professional and the bookstore is outstanding. This is a favorite road trip/field trip for our family.

Have taken the family numerous times since museum opened. Each time there are new displays, new planetarium shows, or the gardens have been expanded. Always beautiful, informative and educational. The lectures are interesting for all ages. They have excellent food with reasonable prices. The Christmas Town is the only thing that has changed over the years for the worse. A well rounded fun trip that makes a yearly pass a must!!

The Creation Museum attempts to trace the actions of a lonely and angry God who was also incredibly bored. Like His predecessor Zeus, this God is at His best when He is toying with His creations. The story begins with God deciding to make some company for Himself, out of dirt. His first creation was so lonely that God stole his rib and made a companion creation. (Why the rib and not just more dirt?) God then puts His two creations in a paradise but neglects to teach them right from wrong. Next God adds a talking snake to the mix to tempt His innocent creations and a tree with fruit they must not eat. Since His two creations don't know right from wrong and since God is the only talking creature they have ever met, the snake easily convinces them to try the forbidden fruit. God knew this was going to happen but put His creations through this test, evidently just for spite. After being thrown out of paradise His creations have numerous adventures (almost all bad). Eventually, His creation's descendants turn out to be almost all bad. (Something else God forsaw but did nothing about.) God now decides to kill every unborn baby, child, woman, and man except for one family- Noahs. God assigns Noah a physically impossible task (build a boat to hold two of every kind of animal on the planet including dinosaurs and collect all these animals from every one of the seven continents). This portion of the story seems remarkably similar (plagiarized) from the Epic of Gilgamesh (although it didn't have dinosaurs but was written long before the bible). After drowning every living thing on the planet except for those on the Ark, God decides to let bygones be bygones. Little does the omniscient God know that He will soon be sacrificing His own son to save mankind yet again. I have to say that despite Ken Ham's best intentions, there was some science content in this museum. The lighting system and computer systems work well and the movie theater shows actual movies (also available for a fee on DVD). They also have a real Allosaurus skeleton which they misdate. Their signage generally leaves a lot to be desired. It is inaccurate (at best), often misleading, and sometimes outright wrong. All in all my trip to the Creation Museum was a delightfully delusional trip through an alternate reality filled with questionable morality. I would not recommend this museum for children under 21.

Excellent presentation, rivals the best. Especially love their new bug exhibit; beautifully done. One of our favorite museums; we go at least once a year.
