Vice President Joe Biden paid a visit to the 2017 North American International Auto Show earlier this week, and he was all about the Corvettes.

Was looking for a CB mount for my C7, missed free shipping which by a couple days, Heather was rude and stated nothing she could due, customer service skills very lacking. Called back few hours later,got Kim, told her that Mid- American had it for a cheaper price. Their policy is we have to send email with their competitors add, it would have to go to a manager so they could make sure it was the exact same, if so they'd email back in a few days stating they would match. Why would I go through all that, seems like they should be able to pull on the spot and either match or not. That is the way it works with other sites, Best buy even does that at the checkout. Needless to say I went ahead bought the one from their competitors and called it a day. They need to get a grip, they are not the only game in town. Very ignorant in my experience today, they love to argue with you on the phone. They need some training in customer service.

Ordered Dec 12, recieved email that item in Stock and shipping would be 12/14. On 12/31 I had to contact to ask what happened. I recieved answer vendor had an issue and now shipping will be Jan 14 2017....... Regardless of where you obtain parts it is corvette central to meet your commitments. This is wrong on all levels of great customer satisfaction. Will never order again from them. Lots of other parts places that honor commitments.

I'm giving one star because I can't give a zero. These crooks will not take returns. They'll tell you they do and turn around and find a reason to screw you after you spent the freight to send something back. They've done it to me twice now after the tech support said they would take it back no problem.

The great lady on phone walked me thru all parts needed to replace my window weatherstripping. She was great and very patient. Enjoyable experience. Now I want to do more and make my c4 shine like new. Thanks so much.

Good product selection. Shipping times are average. Shipping costs are exorbitant!! $16.00 to ship a C2 tail light assembly and a sticker is far too much. If I wanted to ship the same thing from my house to Sawyer, MI, I would most likely pay about half that thus the reason for 3 stars instead of 5.

I ordered a jacket for my father's 70th Birthday and Father's Day. When the jacket arrived, not only was it the wrong jacket, it was a jacket that did not have the Corvette Logo on the Back at all. When I called to have the jacket replaced, due to an error from their vendor, they were not very accommodating to fix the issue and wanted to charge me $75 to express ship the correct jacket in time for his birthday party and Father's day. The burden should have been on the company or the vendor to give the customer the right item ordered and when that didn't happen, I should not have been inconvenienced. When you mess up you should make it right at your expense.

While we did replace the item immediately at no charge and issue a pick up to receive the incorrect jacket back as is our policy, the customer service representative should have brought to the attention of a manager the fact that you had a special circumstance and needed it expedited so that we could have rectified the situation to your satisfaction.
