Yeah, that data seems totally real! Although the vehicle is performing ok today, there's something very odd that's happened in the past. Eventually we'll get to the bottom of this.

Steering and suspension components are serious business folks, regular inspections of your vehicle(s) can go a long way towards to allowing your vehicle to deliver many miles of trouble free service!
Check this out! Have you wondered, "What is a pitman arm?" Maybe your vehicle failed the safety inspection or maybe one of our mechanics found a worn arm on our digital courtesy inspection. A pitman arm is part of the steering system and is usually found on trucks and SUVs. When it begins to wear your steering becomes sloppy and dangerous. If they wear bad enough, it will break just like this one! Come by Denny's Auto today, to have your steering and suspension systems checked!

AAA Mobile Battery Service - replacement batteries should only be used in an absolute emergency otherwise, have the vehicle towed to the shop where professional and competent services can be applied. This battery, installed [ by AAA ] 4 months ago, [ according to the date code sticker ] was brought in because of a no-crank no-start. We found that the battery cables were very corroded [ which wouldn't have been if a professional had performed the battery service ] and to diagnose why the battery continued to discharge. We found that the alternator was not performing properly and after replacement, had the customer back out on the road.

Don't settle for incompetent service!

Preventative maintenance includes periodic inspection of your vehicle. This battery has only been in the vehicle for approximately 2 years and you can see how much corrosion has developed around the B+ cable. If this goes un-detected much longer, the vehicle could easily experience trouble.

The vehicle is easier to fix in the shop than while is down on the side of the road so do yourself a favor and have an experience professional inspect and service your vehicle on a regular basis.
