Lt. Col. Christine Mau on being the first woman to train on an F35:

“Flying is a great equalizer,” said Mau. “The plane doesn’t know or care about your gender as a pilot, nor do the ground troops who need your support. You just have to perform. That’s all anyone cares about when you’re up there – that you can do your job, and that you do it exceptionally well.”

Congratulations to ICON Aircraft for their groundbreaking news. We're excited to partner with such an innovative company. Here is their recent announcement:

"We are proud to announce that the first customer A5 took its inaugural flight on April 24, 2015 at 7:00 am. Test pilot and Lead Aero Engineer Jon Karkow confirmed that all systems performed flawlessly, paving the way for a sequence of test flights. Next up: an FAA audit and first customer deliveries of the A5, which will take place this summer."
