What an honor to recognize 99-year-old Gen. Joe Hanover, +Texas A&M University Class of 1940, exactly 50 years after the ceremonial opening of the underpass at University Drive and Wellborn Road. Hanover was TxDOT's district engineer at the time and oversaw completion of that important project.
