"Mini suite is large but amenities such as bathtub and bathroom are standard."
"I'm talking.... crab, tons of desert, better service, quality, no comparison."

Though the overall experience at circus circus and adjoining hotels is fun, it definitely has it's pit falls. Restaurant staff is typically very friendly, but other staff, including that of the "midway" kids area, tend to be highly temperamental. In addition, parents allow their kids to run wild. It's as if they forget the fact that they is a casino downstairs and just focus on the fact that the hotel is meant to be family friendly.... Or are more focused on wanting to have fun themselves. Though there is not much snow in Reno itself, there are a lot of great snow parks in surrounding areas, so a short drive brings that option as well.

Went to the midway with friends who were in town with their kids. Used to be a great place to take kids for a child friendly outing, but man it's changed. The games have gotten way more expensive, and the prizes have gotten cheaper. Some of the midway operators were also extremely dissinterest (although some were very nice). Also way too many overpriced claw games. It really needs a couple cheap slower paced options so that you can keep the kids entertained on 20 bucks for more then a couple minutes.

Room is okay temp only goes to 76 though and it's snowing outside so pretty cold. Desk service very friendly but I wouldn't recommend going on a three day weekend much busier than usual. Small arcade and a cool acrobatic show which is nice easy access on and off freeway. Plus mcdonalds close by when everything else is closed inside on weekend late nights

Ridiculously crowded and the check in line is stupid long. It stays closed until 3pm, and the line starts forming well before that. Buffet was closed. On the up side, the Midway has been recently updated.

Spent Christmas Eve at Circus Circus. Ate at one of the buffet style restaurants. Great wine, fast service, somewhat of a good selection of food. Family was happy. Then went to the arcade and noticed it had been remodeled. It seemed so much more spacious, clean, the two show's I got to see were amazing. I no longer have to fight the crowd just to see. The reorganization, new games, and opening of the space along with widening the walkways was a good investment. Overall family was impressed with the atmosphere. Circus Circus is an amazing place to visit.

Payouts are horrible. After starting with $250 wagering up and down $1800 and paying for a stay in their hotel I didn't so much as get a meal comp. Avoid this place if you like to win. Otherwise just flush your money down a toilet, you will feel better about it.

Nice hotel. Reasonable prices. Decent rooms. Access to several downtown hotels without leaving the joined premises. Good restaurants and entertainment for kids

Place was mostly closed but certainly looked interesting. May go back later. Used to work here, after all - so much changed. So much the same.
