Will you add your signature and tell this government that you won't stand for being blatantly lied to:

http://www.change.org/en-AU/petitions/to-the-australian-government-and-the-governor-general-we-reject-tony-abbott-and-the-lnp

On August 22, 2011 Tony Abbott said: "It is an absolute principle of democracy that governments should not and must not say one thing before an election and do the opposite afterwards. Nothing could be more calculated to bring our democracy into disrepute and alienate the citizenry of Australia from their government than if governments were to establish by precedent that they could say one thing before an election and do the opposite afterwards."

He has broken almost all of his election promises. A man is only as good as his word. He's been so busy playing politics that he's completely forgotten what it means to make a promise. There is and should continue to be a weight held in the words of politicians before an election and then after an election.

Sydney is a great city in terms of wildlife corridors and habitat for native species going by both the images on google maps and google earth views. There appears to be good tree coverage and sections of bushland interspersed with housing and infrastructure on every street, whilst very large reserves are spaced at regular intervals in between the smaller bushland patches. Vitally important for our birds and the conservation and preservation of Australian parrots is this type of civil planning, as all indicators of species loss thus far are directly related to loss of habitat and the presence of wildlife corridors and links in these urbanised areas. Plant locally indigenous trees and plants people in whatever space you can find. Just one tree goes a long way in helping our birds survive and preventing more threatened species going extinct. Don't underestimate the importance of what may seem  a tiny or insignificant thing like a bird or a bee, as without them we would have nothing to eat. After all, they pollinate and thus reproduce the plants both humans and animals need to survive

seriously, this is the best free antivirus around and it's saved me so many times. I also recommend malwarebytes anti-rootkit and anti-malware to scan your computer with now and then, but the Avast antivirus works live, preventing problems before they occur, while the malwarebytes must be run manually to remove anything malicious after the fact. Link below for free Avast antivirus:

The Real Deal! Authentic Italian pizzas with delicious handmade pizza bases made fresh the old fashioned way- you can watch the dough being made and thrown in the air to shape it just like in Italy, and the taste is far superior to the pre-made and/or frozen bases the other pizza shops use. As for the toppings-wow! You get loads of fresh, real, generously-sliced ingredients on delicious home-made pizza sauce and top quality cheese that oozes with flavour. There's none of that rubbery, tasteless stuff here, and unlike the other pizza shops, one slice of Traralgon Pizza's masterpieces will leave you feeling full and satisfied! You can clearly see each of the toppings piled up generously on their pizzas, whereas the usual pizza stores typically only give you a barely-there amount of toppings which are difficult to distinguish from each other-let alone identify. Likewise other pizza stores make their pizzas on ready-made bases that are either oily, full of air, or taste of preservatives and other chemicals commonly used in commercial manufacturing. Traralgon Pizza make their bases fresh to order by hand which give them a freshly baked, wood-fired pizza oven crispness and wholesomeness which is lower in cholesterol and lower G.I than the other stores bases. This business is locally owned, employs all ages of the community (not just teens who are discarded the moment they can no longer be paid the absolute minimum of wages), they are not a franchise owned by overseas multinational corporations, and they sponsor and support local sports teams and other groups in need from the local community. Their staff are friendly, very experienced and/or well trained, professional, and committed to maintaining exceptional standards of service, quality and authentic Italian cookery. Honestly, these are the best pizzas I have ever had in all of Australia and the closest thing to visiting Italy itself!

This store provides good old-fashioned customer service by a family team who are warm, welcoming, and down to earth. They don't pull those typical salesmen's tricks of trying to con you into buying the most expensive brand, nor they do drop you like a hotcake if you say you want a cheaper model like the big electronics/homeware stores staff do. They carry an extensive range of vacuums and related products in all different price ranges, including reconditioned older models. Godfreys Traralgon also provide repairs and replacement parts and go out of their way to answer any questions and provide genuine information. Likewise if you're in a hurry or just want to browse they make you feel just as comfortable to do so. If you have children they are welcomed inside the store and treated like family rather than an annoyance, so it's a stress-free shopping experience to boot! You don't get service like this in many places these days, I highly recommend them.
