Oh, Church Street Marketplace, with your cool stores, fantastic street performers, food vendors, bustling crowds and twinkling tree lights. I've strolled through groovy pedestrian malls on six continents and you, Church Street Marketplace, you're my fave. Are you from out of town? The one issue you may face is finding a bathroom. During daytime hours, go to the ground floor of City Hall. And City Market, a block over on Winooski and open late, has clean, easily accessible bathrooms too. You can also go into the mall, but I make no promises as to cleanliness.

Lots of interesting shops and restaurants in a pedestrian friendly setting. People watching was good entertainment and parking was easy. Well worth the time when in Burlington.

This is a pretty cool place to take the family. It's a great blend of city and small town. We definitely will return when we visit Vermont again!

Awesome shops, new and old. Pretty much everything you'd need, and never really over crowded.

It's worth taking a stroll down here. Lots of shops, within walking distance to Battery Park, and lots of options to eat. Most of the local hotels have a free shuttle to & from. Since this is a college town, you get the college town feel with lots of students commuting from one place to another. Overall a neat area; stop by the Farmers Market if you happen to be here over the weekend.

What can I say? What's not to like about the Church Street Marketplace? All the shopping, food, drinks, activities and nightlife one could ask for; and all within walking distance of each other. Great place to spend the day with the family or the night with friends. Leunigs would have to be my favorite restaurant, and The Half Lounge is my favorite night spot.

Fun place to walk around when the weather is good. Sundays are usually good for finding live music.
