Your night, curled up on the sofa, just got a little bit better. Starting today, +Crackle and +Rdio  work with #Chromecast , so you can watch Crackle’s Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee on your TV or fill your living room with music using Rdio.

As always, you can stay up to date about apps that work with Chromecast in your country at chromecast.com/apps.

Multitasking on your Chromebook just got easier: you can now dock any small window, like Hangouts or Google Keep, to the side of your screen by dragging it to the left or right edge. Your main app will resize automatically, letting you take notes or stay connected all in one view. Just restart your Chromebook and give it a try.

When we launched #Chromecast, we hoped everyone would love it. We didn’t anticipate its popularity with a furry, new audience. Now even squirrels are enjoying their favorite videos, music, and more on the biggest screen in their trees. We’re working with developers of ‘paw-friendly’ apps to build Chromecast support into more of the apps and websites both humans and squirrels love. #gonuts
