Great job. I don't think social is going to fade anytime soon, and execs will likely see social media evolve from this 'cool thing' to something that 'must be done' and when that happens, parts of it could be outsourced since social could be weighted more as customer service rather than engagement or product promotion. No matter what though, the parent company needs to review logs and require some approval process for those 'on the fence' decisions about how to respond. I recommend this panel idea.
