I have dealt with Anthony Castelli over the years. He is a dedicated lawyer for personal injury cases and that says something about the legal work he consistently does for claimants. He strives to educate the public about dealing with insurance claims and publishes this in the many articles, books and videos he creates so injury victims make the correct choices. It is impressive that he discusses focusing on client needs to other lawyers.

I recently spoke to Tony Castelli and felt compelled to write about my experience. There were two things that really stood out. First, he was a down to earth guy. Tony talked to me like a person, explaining things to me in a way I could easily understood. We spoke on the phone for a good 45 minutes, and not once did he rush to end the conversation. The second thing that impressed me...he seemed to genuinely care about his clients. The passion in his voice when he talked about taking on serious cases and achieving justice for his clients, told me he was the real deal.

Anthony Castelli is very dedicated to his clients, I have had several injuries over the years that Anthony has been my attorney. It all started with a knee Injury that happened at work. They denied my claim, Anthony filed the appeal and got it approved! Several years laterI settled that claim. Next I got injured leaving work. I had fell forward with my right hand out streched, dislocating my elbow and fracturing my radial head bone. Of course they denied the claim! Not only did Anthony get my BWC claim approved, he also got a settlement from the building owner! Due to the injuries I sustained in that fall, I am now permantly disabled. Anthony worked hard to get my Social Security claim approve. It took awhile but Anthony never let me forget he was fighting for me. I got approved in 2010 and I thank my "friend" Anthony Castelli for never giving up!

Anthony is a true advocate for those who have been injured. He is a personal injury lawyer whom I am proud to call a colleague as he is always generous with him time and assistance on cases. When I have an accident case in Ohio -- Tony is the man.

As a videographer I have worked with Tony on multiple personal injury and wrongful death cases. Has has used video as evidence to show how a tripping defect that caused a severe ankle fracture was not visible at night. He has used my video services to portray a families’ terrible pain due to the loss of a son. He is genuinely concerned about his clients and wants the insurance company to see the emotional toll his client’s deal with. He connects with his clients on a personal level and treats them with genuine compassion…..

+Anthony Castelli Attorney absolutely,  I'm just facing a semi-crisis in my office because my desktop has died.  So I've been working on computer resolution for a few days.  I will text you after I resolve and get back to normal.  Are there any good times of day for you?  Or do I just have to catch you in between appointments?

I am reposting this texting and driving and distracted driving post because April is  National distracted driving prevention month!

It seems that as long as humans have been able to invent methods of transportation – from the horse-drawn buggy to the fanciest cars, trucks, and motorcycles – they’ve just as quickly followed with new and more foolish methods of distraction to keep themselves from the very thing they should MOST be paying attention to, which is OPERATING SAID VEHICLE!

Of course drinking alcohol was a factor from the word “go,” followed not far behind by the invention of fast food restaurants, where the original intention was to eat the food IN the car, not while DRIVING it!  Other psychoactive-active substances were soon added to the list, such as marijuana and other street drugs, and soon we had a recipe for vehicular disaster, with impaired drivers not only chowing down and washing it back with a cold one, but merrily chatting away in engaging conversations with other revelers.

Then came stoners singing along to their favorite song full blast, oblivious to the traffic around them – and most especially the fact that all other traffic is also being operated by other humans, who probably aren’t expecting you to suddenly forget you’re operating a vehicle in traffic, driving several tons of metal at a high rate of speed, and in imminent likelihood of causing a serious crash or some kind of accident.

Fast forward to the present. Now we have all kinds of electronic technology  — the GPS, the Cell Phone, the iPad, and people intent on logging their every movement onto Facebook.  But which of these gadgets presents the most serious hazard to ALL OF US?  TEXTING.  According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA)[1], “Driving a vehicle while texting is six times more dangerous than driving while intoxicated.”

It is so wild that texting is statistically more dangerous than driving while drunk, and to think that most of us do it anyway. Thanks for posting, I have tried to just leave my phone away from me while I drive, unless I have to respond and I am at a red light.
